I’m less than 2 minutes into the video and I am so down for this! I have never been a big fan of the marshmallow topping, but I know so many people do. I do the sugar, flour, pecan topping and my husband and I love it. But when you go to family gatherings others may be disappointed with my sweet potato casserole simply because there are so marshmallows. This is a perfect compromise!!! Love it!

Oh my goodness. This looks absolutely incredible, and I’m 100% sure if I made it I would eat the whole pan. If you want to take your sweet potato casserole to another level you can do a couple things. One you can add some brown sugar to your pecans and cook them on the stove for a few minutes or leave them in the way they are and add one can of chopped or diced pineapple drain the juice beyond delicious and put marshmallows over the entire top mini marshmallows they’ll be nothing left trust me. My husband makes this every year it’s a request and there’s never leftovers

Maybe try an oat crumble topping?
Try Lotus Biscoff cookies, they contain no nuts. Mix in the food processor. Then mix with the melted butter and brown sugar to make the crumble… it’s so delicious 😊
