I’ve actually had friendships like blue beetles. Where I could just let loose and be a silly with one of my bros, then on the other side had a more serious friend who’d I’d always love talking shop with in terms of our jobs. Though if those 2 ever met, they would not get along. It’d be the equivalent of if Ron Swanson met Deadpool.
We kinda got that in this episode I think… it’s when Booster talks to Batman how he knew he messed up about bringing him back but missed his best friend and just wanted to be able to have him back
Was the fact that Booster knows Ted ever mentioned after the events of this episode or was any mention of this episode's events never brought up in any of Booster's season 3 episode appearances?
No but, the episodes don’t expect you to know every little detail about their backstories, so you can still enjoy the show without being a fan. Being a fan only adds to the experience.
@keithharrissuwignjo2460 Blue Beatle unraveled a giant conspiracy and no one took him seriously and Batman gave him the cold shoulder so he confronted the threat alone
I always saw Question as Blue beetle second best friend, they have a really good dynamic og Guy that should not be normal but is and guy that should be normal and is not
“What’s more fun than fighting crime?”
Doing the crime, Batman. Just doing it
Never would've expected Batman as the socially awkward type who doesn't get along with people mutch, but live and learn, I suppose.
I agree just doin the crime especially with a friend could be fun for bats
well, depends on the version, but usually both are masks for the broken man underneath that only rarely emerges@@regulus7181
Sounds like something the joker would say
Booster: Laughs in stolen time machine.
"What's more fun than fighting crime?"
That Batman is why you aren't the fun friend.

Captain Holt and Jake Peralta
Batman being jealous over Blue Beetle is hilarious.
It was genuinely refreshing not seeing someone be all over Batman for once, Batman being jealous is great.
0:26 their just so as historians would say good friend’s
And they were roommates.
This makes me sad thinking about the fact that Ted eventually dies.
Which is the point of the episode. Both Bats and Booster know they can't cheat fate, but they still want to have a chance to properly say goodbye.
Plus booster is from the future, so he probably knows what will happen to ted.
@@cheteyaliyanage8721actually no because he doesn't pay attention and keeping messing up with the time line
and how batman indirectly caused it atleast in the comics
@@SanSan-jp1frayo what?
*TED IS SUCH A BLUE BERRY BUN*
That work friend line would feel soul crushing to me
I never cared about these two and then I read Blue and Gold.
The two have one of the best comic book friendships, definitely on part with Batman and Superman's friendship
… how come there was never an episode about Booster grieving over Ted or something like that?
We kinda got that in this episode I think… it’s when Booster talks to Batman how he knew he messed up about bringing him back but missed his best friend and just wanted to be able to have him back
Also this Blue Beetle is... Dammit Maxwell.
I think there's one kind of like that called Menace of the Madniks
this *is* that episode
Limited episode amount. Also I think they kinda brushed over ted’s death in the series although I might be wrong.
This makes me wonder if Bats and Gold got closer after Ted's death.
no... Booster was mad at batman because he indirectly cause Ted's death in the comics and probably would've killed him if supes didn't step him

Batman fighting over Ted Kord is pretty ironic considering that he couldn't be bothered to apologize for getting him killed.
Was the fact that Booster knows Ted ever mentioned after the events of this episode or was any mention of this episode's events never brought up in any of Booster's season 3 episode appearances?
I mean Ted is dead so not really important to bring up lol

Ironic how batman is kind of responsible for Ted's death in the comics

Basically code for "show me more of your powers so i can make a better contingency plan for you"
Batman: I’m not jelly
Superman: yeah ok
Looks good man 👍
I like how booster doesn't fngirl over batman in this series
Damn, this show was good!
Batman’s not the fun type. He cares more about justice, and Superman is the only boyscout who is almost as pathological about Justice as Bats.
The 1st scene Its like he was cheating
