The only thing I can say for certain is, Ted Kord has never died in vain and never gone down without a fight. One of DC's real heroes.

I like the Injustice universe more than the Ultimate universe of Marvel. I love the Ultimate universe in the beginning but the incest stuff while the pervert version of Wolverine watched really ruin it for me and they wreck a lot of characters in that universe.
If Booster Gold was in the Injustice Universe, it would be an easy way out just like with the Flash. Flash doesn't want to change the timeline because of his morals and now it seems from this story that Booster Gold cannot change the past even though he came to the past to become a Superhero. Maybe that's why Booster Gold is being left out for now.
Arturo Garcia It was later retconned that the components of his suit were put into the museum he stole them from specifically so he could steal them. He was always meant to become Booster Gold so he could eventually father Rip Hunter and become the first Time Master. In other words, it was essential that he go to the past, and he didn't really change anything. Rip made it clear in Booster's solo title that some things, like his sister's death, could be changed because of loopholes, but that others, like Barbara Gordon being paralyzed by the Joker or Ted Kord's death, could not be changed without drastic consequences.
Last time I was this fast, Ted Kord was still Blue Beetle.

That's actually really intense. To know for certain your best friend is going to die and to not be able to do anything other than just watch it happen. Sad panda, man.
And I guess I'm slow, but now that I think about it again after a shower, I suppose this explains why Booster Gold had already had a few drinks before. Either that he went for a few drinks before coming here, or that he's re-living this moment in time in some form of hyper torture/closure. The later would kind of explain how he was able to keep his cool, if he'd already lived through it a few times.
But idk, maybe I'm wrong and maybe I'm just stupid.
