The "I thought" is the ground of the illusion of separateness and the Heart is the ground of the "I thought." So the "I thought" is the illusion of being an individual center which veils the true nature of the witness who is centerless and everywhere.

Very RAD content....love the focus on "thoughtlessness"/no thought & stillness while laying down in nature. I have some intrusive thoughts @ first, however I AM improving noticeability. 1. Focusing concentrating on any chakra is an action, staying in heart as heart is an inaction.
2. Seat of self is the heart, the thought of existence of the seat is aham vrutti.. all other thoughts are linked to this Aham vrutti !!
3. When the supreme awareness is conscious of impurities, tendencies as reflected light, the existence of reflections are being considered as Aham ( thought of me) .. this Aham vrutti / thought is also an unreal reflection of supreme !!
4. Focus concentrate on any place chakra in our body, that particular place has to lose its existence as a separate entity from subject itself!!

Nah, not for me....as long as I DO NOT focus/place much thought on females/s*x. However, I DO agree less 'lower chakra' energy the better! Cheers....
