This is my analysis video on the recent er... controversial... manga chapter of 112 of #Owarinoseraph #seraphoftheend, in which Yu made the dubious decision to forgive Guren on the grounds that they are still 'family' (despite the fact that Guren admitted to murdering the Hyakuya orphans).
I've really tried to distil everyone's perspectives here and put them forward.

Oh I like the approach you took with this reflection video!!!! It's nice to see a clean, easy to see view of all the different views people have been having. I think it's a really good thing to talk about the positive and the negative, and I completely agree with you about the whole 'you should be allowed to critique the writing' because its VERY important for people to do that! Also that beginning part had me HOWLING KSHDKJSSK. I really hope we get some reflection with yuu and mika too omg pls, let them have a proper moment together!!!

I’m glad you liked the intro! 😁 yeah I think we should all try to keep our minds open, as the story still has a ways to go. Tbh the more I look at 112, the more ridiculously exaggerated Yu’s lines seem, and the more I convince myself he’s bullshitting Guren. 😂Honestly I’m losing my mind over here. Now I shall go and watch your own take!
I know that if mika hadn't lost his physical form he would have wanted to kill or beat the shit out of Gurren without giving a shit about what yuu says or wants.
just after Gurren admitted of killing his family yuu just forgives him shrugs it off and if mika were standing next to yuu he would have felt angry at yuu or probably hit him for dusting it off shoulder like it wasn't important cause for mike family was everything to him. I want mika to get his body back so that he could avenge them.
Yes we all want poor Mika to get his body back and no longer be bound to Yu’s weapon. 😔 Honestly though, after all the recent chapters where Mika has been looking at Yu’s memories, I think Mika sympathises with Yu’s feelings towards Guren… so I’m not sure he would be so murderous towards Guren anymore, if he now understands how badly doing that would hurt Yu… it just doesn’t seem right though, does it? Where is the justice? 😔 thank you for the comment- we’re all here to support each other!

Absolutely! Ashera never got to explain those mysterious ‘reasons’ for why he attacked Mika. Surely if he’s going to forgive Guren, Yu should at least hear what Ashera has to say. Maybe we’ll get a Mika-Ashera conversation! Wouldn’t that be interesting?

I din't notice. Guren killed mika?? . Yuu forgave gurren. Yuu ignored mika. Did he prefer gurren to mika?
I know, there are so many questions right now about how Yu truly feels! I’d love to see Yu talking honestly with Mika about the situation very soon.
When manga113 will it be published?
I think English translation releases on 3rd April ☺️
