I did a job in one very similar to this one in a Norfolk coast holiday park last week and I was gobsmacked, I remember very well when the owners bought it brand new in 2019. It cost over 140 grand and the site fees are 200 quid a week but what really shocked me was the piss poor condition it was in, it looks 40 years old already and not through neglect by the owners, it's just really badly made using the cheapest materials available. All of the plastic cladding has faded dramatically and warped , the kitchen is falling apart and the floor creaks and moves as you walk around. This thing won't last another 3 years.

That is a Disgraceful story, which I entirely believe.
Servicing is Essential on a Lodge or it will deteriorate.
Some Sites have silly rules about how old Lodges can be, but others don't have these silly rules, so long as maintenance is carried out. Caring Site Owners are Key
