@@zz1426 you have to hit the same target like 6 times in a row with a scout and 12 times with a pulse/sidearm, if you’re shooting an enemy 12 times you should probably be using your special or heavy weapon on it
i think sidearms deserved atleast an honorable mention

@@ImAsidius I actually just used it a few days ago on the hypernet nightfall & I was melting the cabal at the beginning from the lower platforms. It's crazy how much range it has. Dang does too.

a scout rifle that is incredibly underrated is the tarnished mettle. its a 200 rpm and has rapid hit/demo/shoot to loot on the left and explosive payload or voltshot on the right. personally I think its the best scout and I love using demo + voltshot for high end content

This was a fantastic video and you hit so many marks. When you started with SMGs I was curious but when you said Ikelos I was like YES. Personally I’ve become very particular with which primaries I use and have been drifting to double special more and more, but there are a few primaries that are still worth using, and Ikelos is one of them. Voltshot gives it damage potential that makes it worth using and it’s been my favorite non-recluse SMG forever.
Nothing much to add, besides saying that you should shine a light on Battle Scar imo. With Kinetic Tremors that thing looks like it can be a beast, and I think the Kinetic Tremors perk in general will do a lot t bring kinetic primaries back into the spotlight.

Best glaive I'd say is judgement of kelgorath though. Overflow for free reloading, and then close to melee for extra damage
A little secret of explosive payload the explosion takes your weapons element so with doom of chelchis the aoe can proc volatile on multiple targets
Just got a doom of chelchis with explosive payload it’s good pvp but in pve it absolutely shreds with volatile

What I think would be a great follow up to this would be "Top Legendary Weapon per Element" so best Solar/Arc/Void/Kinetic/Stasis SMG and repeat.
It would be great information for GM Runners looking to parity with the burn of that week. E.g. Doom is the best Void, Trustee is the best Solar, Tarnished for Arc. Then suggest 1 or 2 alts like you did that are non-raid weapons for those who don't raid.

I honestly think null composure is a very versatile option being able to deal with slightly beefier enemies while still being able to clear out tightly grouped adds/do a bit of add clear
Im glad to see doom of chelchis getting the love it deserves, its a true beast and ive been destroying with it in gms
Fusions are slept on for amazing secondary dps. I have a field prep vorpal riptide that almost always sits in my kinetic slot during boss encounters
In case anyone was wondering imo the best bow out there is under your skin which came out when witch queen launched its a void and was one of the first weapons to have successful warmup although explosive payload is also good in the 2nd spot for the first I know everyone's loves archers but for me I go with unrelenting as it goes great with world perk land tank and is prolly my fav In the entire game. It gives you both increased resilience Stat and resistance for each kill and could stack x3 for 15 % resistance and this bow just feels so good
Some other hitters are Whispering slab, wolftone draw and tripwire canary

Something to note about Regnant vs Wendigo is the element. Wendigo can be paired with Cloudstrike for arc surge, which is the highest DPS build in the game other than the catalyst'ed Legend Of Acrius. Regnant would be best paired with Fugue-55 or Lorentz Driver, making it worse in a real scenario. One more shot of Explosive Light isn't worth losing out on surging your Cloudstrike, and a surged Fugue can't compete.
edit : also big ones on Wendigo makes it neat to also kill champs, I suppose.

@@kyber7503 Not really. Highest DPS doesn't mean meta, they sadly miss some total damage. HGLs can work on Spire and Duality from experience though, with cloudstrike

Royal Executioner with enhanced reservoir burst and envious assassin is worth an honorable mention. Deliverance also can be crafted so an enhanced demo/chill clip is my preferred fusion.
I take Riptide for the same reason he does, rapid versus precision, if you’re going for damage with it sure, deliverance is better, but 9/10 times, I’m using riptide purely for the shatter damage, but Deliverance is definitely good don’t get me wrong.

Nessas with repulsor brace and destabilizing rounds on a void Titan is a monster. You can literally go hard in the paint. Insane survivability in endgame pve. For linears, briars contempt with focus fury reconstruction dethrones cataclysmic. I have an enhanced adept one and it gets 12 3-round shots. The dps from it is unbeatable. It’s slept on.

I’ve tried to farm riptide I just need it to drop once so I can focus it but I can’t seem to get it to drop what crucible game modes offer it?

Typhon GL is slept on being able to roll demolitionist + explosive light, it's nuts

The only reason I don't use night watch anymore is because it's sound when firing made me go insane due me using it for hours to farm lost sectors

Wanted to give a shoutout to Bumpy (the night). I recently gained a new appreciation for this because it's an all-in-one weapon for DPS, and the fact that it can SLOW and shatter. It's not gonna be your main champ stun, but the utility is nice when bursting them down.
It's become lowkey a mainstay in my builds. I know there's better heavies but this one just does a LOT.
My fatebringer also has EP and adrenaline junkie. That perk is severely slept on for strong grenade builds.

my first and only doom of chelchis or whatever is called dropped with vorpal dragonfly so I got adclear for red bars and extra dmg against mini/bosses so it feels pretty good too

Doom of chelchis with explosive payload is insane if u run volatile round build, a few shots in and u already spread volatile to everything. Plus, theres like only viable void scout so far.
Demo+hatchling rufus with veritys brow and threadling grenade is amazing
It's really hard to like void vs. solar right now when scorch is as easy as a gun with incandescent whereas volatile rounds has a timer attached to it.
i am a huge fan of the Iron Banner SMG The Hero's Burden didn't quite get the roll i wanted with it but feeding frenzy and destabilizing rounds really pack quite the punch in pve with Void Titan and that controlled demo

I just did my first root of nightmares last night and got a acasias dejection with reconstruction and incandescent. Being a starfish warlock I was ecstatic to get it, it's such a juiced roll

Got the adept with rewind rounds/incandescent.. and I must say, I think I prefer rewind over reconstruction.. no wait for the extra ammo and you'll get 190 odd ammo from a mag vs the 208 you have to wait all day for reconstruction to load up..
Hollow denial is also a sleeper.. crafted a lead from gold/repulsor roll and with artefact mod and void siphon, you get orbs, devour, volatile rounds, heavy ammo and overshields ALL DAY.. been using it in double special builds all season😊

I use Doom of Chelchis in a different way: the crafted weapon can have Firefly and Dragonfly.... Precisionkill= BOOM x2 😁

I would say Cry Mutiny is a solid Heavy Grenade Launcher that has incandescent & vorpal; which tears through adds & champs.
Ever since the change where blowout gets the same reserves as hothead, I actually prefer it due to the origin Suros Synergy compared to hotheads useless origin trait. Suros Synergy is actually super strong, especially for a heavy rocket and paired with Starfire since it increases weapon swap speed
Scout rifles id actually give to the adept hung jury in that kinetic tremers is probably the best damage perk to date expecially for end game gm content. Not to mention can role with rapid hit as well as shoot to loot.
I do really like Hung Jury as well!

Ok I know grenade launchers for heavy slot are memes basically but remnants like u said but also cry mutiny which came with season of the plunder I believe is honestly insane with incandescent and vorpel I know that sounds counter intuitive but you basically get a ad clearer and a big boss's damage weapon all in one
My favourite auto rifle rn is cronarch-22 because of feeding frenzy incandescent, but it’s not a good thing to go for run bc it’s a world drop
my DoC ive got enhanced Vorpl/Frenzy, its my go to GM void scout rifle
Hey, for fusion rifles you completely overlooked a fusion that makes riptide look like a toy
The Aurvandil, a world drop fusion, can roll with reconstruction + chill clip. When recon is fully up, you get 9 straight shots of chill clip, and can still stow for auto loading.

Im surprised succession didnt have vorpal for a recommended perk. Probably the best perk on it imo since its an always active 15% to orange bars or above
yeah, focused fury and firing line are both DPS perks, and no one's using an aggressive frame for that purpose. vorpal is the ideal perk if recombination doesn't suit your playstyle
Thought vorpal was only for Bosses and not majors as well? If that’s the case, I’m getting vorpal on all my weapons hehe

Recombination, at max, gives u an extra bullets damage.. which over an 8 shot mag is 12.5% and u gotta get a bunch of kills to proc it.. vorpal on a primary sniper is 15% all the time without doing anything .. 🤔
@@MattJermy this implies you're only proccing recombination once, which is extremely unrealistic. after firing an 8x recomb shot you usually go back to clearing adds for a while before you meet the next major, by that point you should have close to max stacks again
Corrective measure has demo in the third column and I believe this makes it the best machine gun
For grenade launchers an honorable mention should've been Harsh Language with stats for all/destabilizing rounds. And for solar trace rifles, retraced path with subsistence/incandescent or golden tricorn for solar utility is just as good if not better since both are craftable.

Retraced path is just completely outclassed by acasias.
@@Bladedanced the only difference is the origin trait makes it slightly more useful IF you have more than one raid weapon equipped and the ease of acquiring the patterns. Meaning it's only slightly more fun to do Root a few times than grind days or weeks in Dares. Stat wise theres basically no difference for pve

Well I was gonna say I had a Doom of Chelchis roll with explosive payload and firefly, giving it both a solar explosion and a void explosion. But I just now went to find it in my vault and I cant. 😅
I must ask. Why do people prefer using reconstruction on the Commemoration MG? He even says during the video ''until you run out of ammo and have to reload'', but the thing is that Subsistence will always keep your mag full until there are no more adds to be killed, it takes less than around 5 hits to kill a red bar on master content, and you get more than that back to the mag by getting the kill, so what's the point of using reconstruction if by using subsistence you actually NEVER have to reload?
I got super lucky with my hothead first ever focused one I got auto loading explosive light
Snipers need some kind of buff like the 40% damage to red bars thing that exotica got. Should apply to minors and majors and buff up boss boss and miniboss damage a bit. They still feel so incredibly weak
Doom can also roll with firefly+dragonfly and the damage STACKS. I put the automatic mod on and it absolutely wipes out entire rooms.
They added the Auto-Fire feature in the Game-Menus so you don’t need to use the perk anymore 😃 freeing up the spot for Boss Spec and such 👍🏽 unless you don’t like Auto-Fire for all weapons then I can see why you use the mod instead 😄

Doesn’t Zeouli bane have explosive payload and firefly too? I’m not sure if it got frenzy. After checking it, explosive payload and firefly are in the same column. So never mind on that.
