I would like to agree with the previous comments. I had a brainstem stroke a long time ago and lost the use of my right arm.
Work Your M.O.T.O.R. has provided many exercise ideas for me to (hopefully) recover its use a bit!!

AFTER i watched this i realised its such common sense and i don't understand why none of my therapists has shown me anything like this. This has put me on a path that id been searching for. getting my hand working by degrees. telling me to practice using a knife or practice pinches with each finger to thumb was too hard a leap from where i am. i couldnt make progress because there was no pth to destination. now ive got some steps that build incrementally and a generic strategy to apply to other recovery challenges
