During Susan's original audition, they asked who she would like to be like and she said Elaine Paige. Elaine Paige is the grand dame of the British musical theater, including being the original singer of the song Memory in Cats, and Paige was a bit snarky when Susan was first gaining fame, but in the end, she agreed and the two of them did a song called I Know Him So Well from another musical (which is also famous for Whitney and Cissy Houston also doing a duet as well). Susan is on the autism spectrum and still lives in her childhood home and thankfully the village and those around her in her management team have allowed her to live simply and comfortably in her familiar surroundings still.
