Hi im interested in this for a freinds mam who is house bound and has had scooter before but broke so is looking for something else I now what the scooter is could i ask you a couple of things you say its 4/5yrs old could i have pictures of actual chassis tag which will give a date and you say batteries past test at around 90% have you tested these and signed them off with your label stating you tested and this is correct.
