HI, If you try www.afiscooters.com/item/afiscooter-s4 and look for international dealers on that page you will see some in the US, we drive these scooters up and down ramps everyday into vehicles so they are easy to load, for hot cold there is an optional canopy you can fit that also has side curtains to keep wind and rain out

Yes it is an outdoor mobility scooter, so totally legal to ride to and from the golf course unlike a golf cart and still small enough to ride around inside the shopping centers like lots of clients do
