This looks very similar to the TGA Breeze S4 available here in the United Kingdom. They are basically at the top of the range models in mobility scoots. The only disadvantage with these larger heavy-duty models is you are restricted to transporting them any long distances in a road car. I have seen people who have had MPV vehicles like the KIA Sedona modified with a lower floor fitted with an electric ramp. Very expensive to buy or have done to a vehicle.

Don't know about the length. It should be around 50" to fit into lift for high-rise apartment.

Seat a bit too bulky. An 18" wide seat would be adequate. It should be streamlined, slim-fit, compact and comfortable.
