I converted the recipe to grams:
    50 grams of cocoa butter
    35 grams of icing sugar
    25 grams of cocoa powder
The taste is amazing, but I have a problem: I can feel sugar crystals when I bite the bar. I tried to be extra careful when dissolving the sugar into the cocoa butter, but I think it is not enough butter to dissolve all the sugar properly.
    Any sugestions?

@@telepups28 I tried, as a way to dissolve the sugar, but it did not work. I think I am using too much sugar. Next time I will reduce the amount of sugar.

I followed your white chocolate recipe by the T, obviously converting the “tablespoons” to grams like its supposed to in order to get a precise amount of each ingredient. I’m not happy with the results for two reasons: I had no idea the cocoa butter was supposed to be tempered and it needs an emulsifier like soy lecithin. My bad for not doing my research before blindly following a youtube recipe.

What did you do to make the chocolate into solid? Did you put it in the refrigerator or did you bake it? Because I'm gonna try this at home and if will taste like a better chocolate I will going to business it so I can help my family.
