In the last 3 years my herniation got so bad that I spent the last 6 months on my hands and knees... I finally got my surgery 3 weeks ago. I've had no need for pain medication and I feel 10 years younger. There's not enough of this knowledge in the primary care field. I was treated like some punk looking for opioids while I suffered excruciating horrifying breathtaking pain every second of my life for years straight crawling on the floor and crying. But because my reflexes would kick ... I'm so glad I finally got lumbar surgery

Kindly lemme know how much each one measures on the pain scales: - i used to get caned on my bums by my teachers at school with a fat cane - i have been spanked by my mother, aunty, teachers and a few friends with their bare hands - a batchmate of mine during my MBA days had one whacked me on my bum with her umbrella (for teasing her) - many doctors and nurses have given my bums injections
