Polar Bears yayđ
May I ask that you add the GPS coordinates to beautiful spots you visit. Take the first bay you enter for instance, absolutely gorgeous and it would help me to dream of once living a life like you on google earth :) Thank you for very good videos
As someone who lives on the Northwest Passage its clearing, pans are moving. Took the boat out last night as far as I could. Few more weeks and we will be crossing back to mainland Canada camping all summer. Have her stop at CHARS in Cambridge Bay (my home).
At least six months ago Coleen West proposed this sponsorship concept and especially the Ocean measurement idea, in your comment section. From listening to you, the biggest hurdle for you proceeding with Corporate sponsorships is that you are going about this wrong. Drop the "my values" talk (everyone knows that it is code for leftist talking points) and do the opposite. Be politically neutral as everyone is sick of the left (in case you have not figured it out yet). There is a ton of money from mainstream America and many commercial businesses that would love to sponsor an honest man, not an ideologically driven Euro leftist who screams slogans like "global warming" all the time, Instead say this: "Global Warming is an inconclusive theory in need of impartial and balanced research and we are taking a neutral view and will let the data speak for itself. We will do research each year for the next 20 years and are looking for open source long-term funding, especially from players who have an interest in this field. All data will be politically neutral and sponsorship is open to any company regardless of industry or affiliations". Remember, do and say the opposite of what you are saying. Dump the junk of leftism and will get you Exxon and US corporate America to sponsor your trip and start earning proper money and doing proper Ocean research. The left will keep you poor and sad and never change anything. Try something new since you have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Remember, once you start pumping leftist junk no one will work with you or touch you no matter what you say later.
I believe this episode is the best photography I have ever seen. And Iâm 65 yrs old. The hi-def is spectacular and the video is perfect. Great work to both of you and thank you for the adventure!
Those shots over the bay were delightful!
Agreed. Just stunning.
I totally agree. Glad you said it so I donât have to.
The colour balance could be better at times thoughđ
But yeah the cinematography is breathtaking
I know a lot of sailors that think the BVI or sailing in the tropics is the place to be. The world you share with us is surreal. I literally hear the call of the wild every time I watch one of your videos or look at one of your pictures. Both of you are leaving an indelible mark on the hearts and imaginations of thousands of people. Thank you!
The call of the wild comes to my mind too and it feels like I have been there as a child.
Yes, it is so much better.
This channel can not be compared to other sailing channels. Itâs on a league of its own and much more than just sailing. Itâs beautiful, amazing, crĂšme de la crĂšme.
This has to be the best episode you've made so far! The cinematography is absolutely transcendent. Thank you for all the hard work you put into these videos đ
This is what I call being truly free and disconnected to the modern world. This is the only sailing, skiing, adventure and the best on CZcams. đ
Iâm sure that no one of us watching would mind a few seconds of ads in your posts. Itâs even a way for all us non patrons to contribute in a small way to this great channel.
Sohvi & Juho: Congratulations are in order for winning the Alaska Global Warming video award last month. Our daughter works in Hollywood for Disney and she was telling us all about the influx of votes you received on your production. We are all praying for a safe and glorious passage next and must add you should really produce a documentary on the Northwest Passage. There is no question in our minds that your production will be absolutely breath taking. Thank you both again for all the marvelous skiing in Alaska episode's, simply outstanding.
Thanks for all the videos! Looking forward to the NW passage story.
Before I even watch the video, thank you! You have one of the most unique sailing channels on YT. I enjoy all of your vids.
Your adventurous spirit in sailing Alaska and paddleboarding to witness a huge calving glacier is truly inspiring. Your bravery to explore such majestic natural wonders reflects a deep appreciation for the beauty of our planet. And I am a floating village life from Vietnam.
It is so beautiful. It must be the complete opposite from hot and humid Vietnam.
Thanks!
The paddle boarding near the glacier is stunning! It is putting me in a place Iâll never be. Iâm looking forward to your next adventure. I love your work and spirit.
The Old Man
I just have to say how much I love all your videos. This one was just stunning. Wishing you both, Juho and Sohvi, all the best preparing for your northwest passage.
Keep up the great production quality. Thats a lot to do from a laptop and portable storage. People dont realize how much goes into filming and editing. Keep it up, cant wait to see the Northwest Passage when you get a chance to release! Stay safe!
edit: From the AIS data, looks like youre already on the way! Cant wait to see more!
Wow, national geographic would love this! Iâm always so delighted when I see your posts, I press the like button before I even start watching. Thanks for sharing, I hope your channel grows from strength to strength đđżđŠ
I think you are showing a great ethos with your sailing videos. That you want to do beneficial data collection while living the life you want is wonderful and so much more meaningful than just galivanting around the seas and advertising.
Best of luck through the NW passage!
Places I would never get to see and so unbelievably beautiful
Thanks
you have to at least send out some picture videos from the NW passage. We want to see them for sure. Safe Sailing. And watch out for the secret submarines.
We love you and wat you are doing!!!

This is clearly the best way to see Alaska.
Oh Juho I definitely look forward to the research that you and Sohvi will be conducting, particularly Sohviâs about the ocean. I donât know if she reads posts with you or looks at them herself, but please tell her how excited I am to hear about her research.

I think you've sold yourself really well, hope you get all the help you need :)
Congratulations on your associations and research sponsors and our prayers are with you.
Stunning video. I look forward to my Alaskan adventures, although mostly on land. Being with you on the water makes my tour of Alaska complete. Thank you.
Looks like a lot of fun going down the mountain! Awesome news, can't wait to see the footage when it comes out. Have a safe journey.
Beautiful scenery! Thanks!
Iâm so happy that you both look so good. Skiing in Alaska in the spring can be hazardous as you so eloquently pointed out. Please stay well, and the very best of luck on your Northwest Passage journey.

Super episode. Videography is superb. Thank you
Absolutely gorgeous. So amazing it almost doesnât seem real. Thank you for sharing!
Great video as always, good luck going forward with your sponsorships, and have a safe trip on your north west passage.
Definitely the most stunning video from you that I've seen so far. Just beautiful. Yes, not much sailing but obviously there'll be much more focus on that later this year. Amusing when you say you'll just go for one more run, which in reality must have meant another couple of hours working your way back up the hill - but clearly it was worth the effort! You are both having amazing and unique experiences that you and your followers can cherish for years. Thanks for taking so much time to document, edit and share. Keep it up! Good luck with your business development.
Thank you fort sharing all of these amazing places, and for bringing light to the environmental challenges that are taking place....
this is just amazing! The photography quality is higher and higher. Congratulations!
Fair winds and following seas on your journey through the northwest passage. Looking forward to watching the content!

I'm looking forward to your Northwest Passage videos. Keep the good stuff coming.
Nyt oli kyl ÀlyttömÀn hienoa kerrontaa, kuvakulmia ja maisemia.
Best of luck. May the force be with you. Jan.
Iâm glad Sohvi cranked up the tunes so all the awakening bears could hear the commotion as yall approached the ski slopes. Very glad the avalanche missed you Juho. Glad it was limited to the far right side of the slope. The lines you both took looked exhilarating and well worth the exercise to get there. Thank you both for risking your lives to amaze your viewers. Iâm looking forward to hearing about / and seeing your experiences from the Northwest passage. Hope that Baffin Bay and all will open up for ya. Be safe as always.
truly amazing video! This one had a little bit of everything, skiing, sailing, SUPs, and even the brown bear. i'm following on IG for the passage, love your posts.
Beautiful photography in this episode. The spring brings lots of beautiful snow and ice formations, and maybe a few avalanches đł
Fair winds - if the passage can be done this year you will do it / Be well...

You are a bit crazy being in the cold all the time but your videos are fantastic and beautiful. Looking forward to follow your trip.
Always happy when you come out with something new .
The most beautifull scenary Iâve ever seen. Thanksâ€
I worried about avalanches because of the remotenesses. Yes itâs beautiful and treacherous at the same time. I hope thereâs a way you can just give progress or show on a map approximately where your at. God speed and FAIR WINDS at your back. đ
Hey guys! Hi from Switzerland đšđ! I really love your channel although I donât see your channel as just a sailing channel but more of a mixture of stunning remote places of the world with amazing scenery â€! And topped off with my favourite sport âSkiingâ ! I really enjoy the pace of your videos, and your own style đ„°!
Love you both! Itâs awe inspiring seeing your journey and your love for the environment around you!
And have Swedish heritage, great to see you promoting the best ginger biscuits in the world đđ€Łđ€!
Be safe out there guys , sending lots of positive energy your way! đ„°â„ïžđ„°â„ïžđ«¶
Green smoothies đ€Łđ€Ł. Love it đ.
This is one of your best videos ever! Thank you
Spirit of adventure on full display. Do the things to optimize safety. Your loved ones will appreciate it more knowing they can hear of these excursions firsthand. My suggestion is that you get together with the University of Alaska in Fairbanks. My brother is a researcher with UAF and has lived a life of northern adventure through Polar Trec (I think) educational and research for his high school students.
I think it would be great if you could post a 1-5 minute update once a week. No editing, just a quick update talking to the camera. No editing, no muss, no fuss. Simple, quick, and easy.
Cheers from Juneau.
Enjoy your passage. Please be safe.
You both are amazing!
HenkeĂ€salpaavan mahtavat laskettelukuvat đ€© ĂlĂ€ ol murheissas, kyllĂ€ sĂ€ vielĂ€ pÀÀset laskettelemaan, joskus... đ Hienoa edistymistĂ€ matkallanne, nĂ€köjÀÀn đ Toivottavasti sponsoreita ilmaantuu ! Kiitos tĂ€stĂ€,työniloa ja kaikkea hyvÀÀ jatkossa teille, kirjeenvaihtajat đ đ«đź

Awesome! Thank you!
Juho is a good skier but Sohvi is a RAD snowboarder! đ
So glad to find you and can watch your adventures
Wow, what an episode. You are living the dream;-)
