To everyone asking about incest: no, they're not related in any way. They're inheriting the destinies of people who lived several generations ago and the evil Queen had a child with someone else, not Snow White's dad (also there are multiple kings/queens.) In this universe the stories don't have to line up 100% with the originals.

Making Raven be Apple's true love kiss and wake her from the evil queen's spell would've made so much sence, Apple get her true love kiss that saves her and Raven doesn't end up the villain but the hero of the story
