Correct me if I’m wrong but those safety signals, even if they were the worst in history, would pale in comparison to the lighthouse-earthquake-monumentally explosive signals occurring this very instant, right?! I mean somehow ‘public health’ figures around the globe are missing 100x the signals and this is right out in the open. How on earth does he think a safety signal a fraction of that would be caught and doubly so, during a period when the vast majority of the public, like myself, thought there were intelligent and thoughtful people running things

These studies need to be evaluated one by one. I looked at a HCQ study which used crazy high toxic doses (8400mg total over 3-4 day course) when it’s well known to not be effective beyond a 400mg per day schedule.
On top of the that, MANY Ivermectin studies don’t start administering the drug until at the late end of the virus’s replication phase,& they intentionally weigh the sample sets towards the back end of course scheduling, when the drug is absolutely being given beyond the replication phase. And those studies always use a criteria for entry into those studies that require 2 or more symptoms, rather than 1 symptom from a PCR test. The studies seeking the extra symptom(s) again always delay the administration of the drug by at least 1 day, which is critical when using any protease inhibiting anti-viral drug. They also always weigh the sample sets towards the back end of the schedule rather than the front end. Again, this is done for obvious reasons; weighing the effects towards the late portion of the drug’s administration when it’s being given beyond the viral replication phase.
How much does the above matter, and is it known to those running the bogus trials/studies? Yes, it absolutely does, and yes, they absolutely do know. How do I know? Well, it’s as simple as reviewing the trial conducted on Paxlovid, which is also an anti-viral protease inhibitor, and which was conducted & used criteria/scheduling/weighted sample sets that were opposite to those used in the IRV studies/trials. Why? Because they knew it was the best chance to show actual positive results for Pfizer’s patented crap version of Ivermectin & HCQ. Btw, the PAX trial BARELY eked positive results, and yet the world was allowed to run with it, & governments, like ours, spent billions stocking up on it; the U.S. alone purchased at least 12 billion in Paxlovid, never mind that it actually reinfects/worsens up to 50% of those who take it.
Also, the ‘Together Trial’ for ivermectin’s effectiveness had most of it’s funding from the Bill & Melinda Gates’ Foundation, though now their names have been erased from ever being associated to that study which didn’t release it’s supporting data for 7 months post reporting of how it supposedly failed to show efficacy of IRv’s effectiveness, and even after the data was finally released, it was shown to have been missing &/or incomplete with the results given. Some statistical analysis was done upon the data release, and those statisticians proved the missing data was that which would have been positive results, and this apparently was done even with a trial that was orchestrated to fail, as it used max dosage of 24mg, while also using many of the bent methods I mentioned above.
Btw, you do good work, as it’s obvious from reading the comments here that your followers are well informed. Sharing & dissecting information is how we’re able to weed out the bad, and run with the good information. It’s not easy to have to change your opinions & positions, especially when you’re a public figure such as yourself, but you were man enough, and honest enough to do that, and that’s entirely commendable. Dr.Campbell is another whom I’ve followed since the beginning, and too had to do a complete 180 degree change in thinking & position after seeing & actualizing the data throughout the pandemic. Part of that actualizing is to understand & acknowledge the captured Health Agencies & their governments, who’ve been lying to us all along. Given that we’ve seen their nefarious actions time & time again throughout this pandemic, which has been all too profitable for some, isn’t fair to be skeptical of these trials on their face value? Shouldn’t we all put in the extra work to analyze them in depth before making a decision about that they’re concluding to see if they’re on the up & up? I hope & expect you will given your already proven willingness to change when given reason to. Cheers!

@@xisotopexPaxolvid (nirmatrelvir and ritonavir), just like ivermectin & Hydrochloroquine, is a protease inhibitor. That is their mechanisms of action as an anti-viral. The differences between Pax & the others is that Pax cost hundreds of time more per treatment (aprox. $500-$1000) & is far less effective than that of the generics. On top of it’s exorbitant cost per treatment, it also has a high reinfection rate; approximately 30-50% of those who take it end up getting reinfected, and have the virus in them for twice as long, or longer, as was the case with both Fauci & Biden, both of whom publicly announced their usage of Pax, and both of whom were subsequently reinfected with covid, thereby extending their illnesses for an additional week.
Imagine buying a product that on top of not working, actually makes your need for a particular utility even greater prior to spending money on the failing product. Even worse than that; imagine having first bought an insurance policy, which then required an additional one, then two, then three, and soon enough seven added premiums, none of which weren’t initially mentioned when you had bought the policy, and then low & behold, the policy & an many additional premiums actually didn’t cover any of the expenses of damages they were suppose to insure. Now apply that same scenario your health & well being, and factor an additional risk variable which has a probability of realization which increases with each & every subsequent premium (booster), and with all that, you’d still be underestimating the costs to your health, not to mention pocket book/tax coffers where these mRNA products, & Pfizer’s Pax therapeutics are concerned.

For HCQ we see a similar situation but the level of effectiveness is a bit lower.
Zink and Vitamin D clearly works as well. The effect is not huge, but significant. Vitamin C have even a bit lesser effect, but again the effect is not negligible.
Most, if not all of those effect, can be stacked, and there is when you get a significant outcome.
Fun fact, Cannabidol have been done 7 studies so far, with all over negative effect.

  • @johnc206

Vinay, the difference between the meta-analyses of early treatments and those of masking is that, as you have pointed out, nobody has a financial interest in skewing the results of a masking trial to show a lack of effect. You ask, "Who is out there shorting masks?" And that's a good point.
With regard to the early treatments, there was (still is) *massive* financial motivation to get people to believe they were ineffective. I don't know the precise figures for the various companies for the various years, but easily *dozens* of billions of dollars were made in the trade in EUA-sanctioned treatments, which would have been off the table if early treatments were accepted as effective.
So the meta-analyses of early treatments were largely based on studies with a *huge* potential for bias individually. Alexandros Marinos does a public peer review of the TOGETHER trial (which made NYT headlines months before its results were published, for some odd reason), and it (Marinos' review) lays out, in a series of a couple dozen installments, the many ways in which that trial was flawed and unconvincing, if not outright fraudulent. I believe human beings are corruptible, that scientists, as human beings, are corruptible, and that with that many billions of dollars at stake, the potential for corruption is very real.
If all the studies analyzed are biased in the same direction, it's no surprise if the meta-analysis is also.

Vinay, I trust you & wish you’d go deeper on the vaccine schedule bc I think he made some good points. If the “placebo” vaccine contains an adjuvant like aluminum, and the aluminum toxicity slowly causes the immune system to spiral and turn to autoimmunity… then how do they tell the difference between the placebo and real vaccine if they both have aluminum? The immune system is complex so it’s not like an autoimmune condition shows up the day after vaccination, it could take time to build. But the childhood schedule is really, really full! Much more than when we were kids. And I’ve yet to find a study that actually looks at how we get aluminum out of our body when it’s Injected into muscle tissue.
Your friend Paul Offit just says things like “there’s more aluminum in our food. There’s more aluminum in breast milk!” But that’s sooooooo misleading because when it’s digested the liver and kidneys filter out 99% of aluminum. There’s really only been one study done in intervenes aluminum solution and the amounts in vaccination go wayyyy over what was determined in that study. So how do we know it isn’t causing immune system disruption? Where is the aluminum going and why are so few people concerned when there are sooo many sick children these days?
I can’t seem to find a balanced answer to this.

I've learned the very harsh lesson over the last few years that following the money trail will inevitably lead you to the ugly truth, but there doesn't seem to be a profit to be made here? 7:30 Vinay: you’re too confident in ONE meta analysis. If you include intentionally corrupt studies in the meta analysis pool it can be used to suppress effects of small size. On this basis there is reason to consider the arguments of people who say the alternate meta analysis advocated by another camp should be seriously considered and not dismissed as if one meta analysis answers all questions finally. Maybe the meta analysis author themselves is on the payroll of some partisan in the issue: this is not rare. We shouldn’t shut the book too quickly, but rather consider the meaningful arguments offered by those who disagree.

First of all, I'd like to point out that you're now criticizing a guy for only relying on one meta-analysis, a study that in itself incorporates multiple individual peer reviewed studies. What's next? If he looks at 5 meta analyses, are you doing to say he chose the wrong ones and needs to include another 5? At a certain point, you either accept a large pool of rigorous, peer reviewed data, or you explicitly tell us why it's wrong and prove your case just as rigorously.
Second, this guy is literally a professor of biostatistics (in addition to being an MD). He's about as qualified as they come with regard to discussing evidence for vaccines (certainly more so than RFK Jr, who is a lawyer and politician, not a doctor or scientist). Added bonus lab work drawn 10 days later showed his previously high cancer level lab values at near-normal. That was in November of 2021. His lab values are still low today. He just turned 96. With all their money and resources, where were the RCT definitive outcomes for treatments in 2020? Hydroxy trial at Oxford gave toxic dose to seriously ill in latter stage of C19. Hydroxy was to use v early in phase1. Doesn't matter if it's RCT if designed to fail. Better to go to a doctor who is prepared to treat based on some successes on the front line, than do nothing and wait till you turn blue. ... or worse, blow your lungs out in hospital bc they set a wrong protocol. Eg NY hospitals 2020.

I don't think anyone is lacking that information, and I do think the majority of doctors tell these things to their patients. However, if you want to know why we continue to prescribe medication, I'd suggest you watch an office visit between your average 300 lbs type 2 diabetic and his/her doctor. Most of these people aren't going to cure themselves with diet and exercise alone, an even the ones that would almost certainly still benefit from medications like metformin.
If you want to tell doctors that they're doing it all wrong, I'd suggest you get off your ass and go spend 12 years in college, medical school, and residency.

So, the entire reason for the placebo to be nothing more than a sugar pill, or saline shot, is because saline & sugar are the least likely substances known cause long lasting, systemic effects that would otherwise cloud any results of the trial with confounding data.
Any double blind randomized controlled trial that isn't using an actual placebo in the placebo arm of the trial, isn't actually conducting a randomized controlled trial, because they're intentionally and knowingly introducing confounding factors into the trial in order to kneecap the placebo arm during the safety phase, thus reducing the clarity of any contraindicating safety signals, due to the statistical 'noise' presented by the very much, _not_ _inert_ 'fauxcebo', being _fraudulently_ used in place of an actual placebo.
This is why _none_ of your worthless RCTs should even be regarded as legitimate, much less as definitive.

Since you're a big proponent of RCTs and a big proponent of running RCTs on traditional medical practices that were grandfathered in before the era of EBM, shouldn't we do them on our traditional vaccines. I know of one 'R'CT done on the DPT vaccine in Guniea-Bissau, and it was negative. Despite the kids getting the DPT vaccine getting less of the diseases they were vaccinated for (good) they were more likely to die of other diseases.
