One telling sign of Parkinson's is a persons gait and walk pattern. They have a tendency to stop and sometimes even back up. I saw this 2 years ago and I caught so much flack. For reference I was a clinical social worker for over 11 years and worked with a wide range of folks with many health conditions. I was shocked they allowed this to go on for so long. The people surrounding him should be charged with elder abuse and exploitation. I have made many reports to adult protective services in situations much like Biden. Where adult children, providers, home staff would exploit them due to their compromised cognitive state. He was being propped and puppeted for far too long. The depth of corruption and blatant disregard for human decency by his administration is CRIMINAL

Maybe we were "fooled" by the remarkable performance of his administration, and his own hoodwinking of Republicans twice on budget deals. The way he worked the GOP live on two State of the Union speeches also gave people to think that despite aging and stiffness, he was still on his game. I also am informed about his daily schedule, which includes lots of boring receptions, remarks, meetings, phone calls, signings, that media won't cover because it doesn't get clicks. So, as someone who wasn't a Biden fan, I am pretty damned impressed overall. To me, changing horses midstream will through us into chaos, so despite the warning signs, I say to support the president, take him to a win, and then consider options. The all important thing is for Democrats to win this election all down the ticket, and I worry that replacing the candidate at this point would NOT be pretty.

@@linguaphile42Not many American citizens were fooled by the man who threw our economy and security into a critically dangerous state. To go forward with a man in serious cognitive decline is irresponsible. This is the president of the United States we are talking about. The man who kneecapped the middle class, who halted our most precious export of oil production and distribution. This is a man who added 10% to the number of Americans living below the poverty level, which includes children. This is a man who has allowed hundreds of illegal immigrants to be fished out of the Rio Grande River who died from drowning, including children. No one is safe from harm with Joseph Robinette Biden as Commander -in-chief. And the sooner the Democrats admit and correct their mistake, the more innocent lives will be saved.

Our family missed the early symptoms and were unaware that my father-in-law was hiding her symptoms.
It wasn’t until she drove me to a baby shower in the country that I learned the truth. She drove through red lights, on the wrong side of the road, and ignored any driving signs. On the way back she stopped in the middle of a busy intersection and said she was tired and couldn’t remember the way home and just exited the car.
I had to convince her to get into the car to get her back home. She didn’t recognize me.

Any physician worth his salt can diagnose him. It’s a clinical diagnosis. You don’t have to touch him-it’s essentially all observational, there is no blood test or imaging. Now whether or not he has dementia I would defer to someone doing neuropsychiatric testing on him. All his errors and gaps can be seen in Parkinson’s patients without dementia because of the above mentioned signs. But 50% of Parkinson’s patients do have dementia.
Parkinson’s is not a fatal disease, usually has a slow course, does have a variable response to medicines, and doesn’t automatically disqualify you from many occupations. But would the FAA pass him were he a pilot? In my state it might be difficult for him to pass a drivers license exam.

I'm a supporter of RFK Jr. In random order, here's some of my reasons for supporting RFK Jr...
-genuinely wants to heal the 'culture war' divide in our country, and he has the ability to, being liked by many different 'types' of people from across the spectrum of issues and ideas, who are tired of the 2-party duopoly
-has integrity, has courage, truth seeker in general, thinks for himself (not a DNC/RNC puppet)
-incorruptible, cannot be bought or bullied
-thoughtful and introspective, deeply considers problems and possible solutions
-vocal about the corruption of 'Citizens United' and the power of the big private money controlling government
-vocal about putting an end to corporate capture over government (Pharma, banks, oil, big AG, military industrial complex)
-wants to get us out of 'forever wars' and to pull back on and expose the corruption within the military industrial complex
-wants to pull back NATO and resolve the Ukraine war via negotiations with Putin, rather than perpetuating the escalation (which could truly lead to the most dire outcome imaginable)
-wants to bring the military budget back to 'Eisenhower minimum' and to instead invest that money in making us strong at home and in correcting our outrageous debt and growing inflation
-dedicated to rebuilding the Middle Class in our country
-dedicated to creating our country as a moral exemplar and economic force in the world, rather than as a militaristic bully
-vocal about the dishonesty and agendas of commercial media
-wants to abolish all pharmaceutical advertisements on television (this has major influence on the 'news' narratives)
-wants to keep the pharmaceutical industry honest with safety testing, transparency, etc
-wants to get rid of government assist crony capitalism and subsidies for big ag, oil, etc
    -advocate for civil liberties
-vocally against censorship (will pardon Snowden and Assange on 'day 1')
-against mandates and police state-like policies
-classical liberal sensibilities with respect of others (without the 'woke' or fake identity politics)
-vocal commitment to transparency regarding FBI, CIA, NSA over-stepping and out-stepping
-would put the federal budget on blockchain to be fully transparent for all citizens
-passionate about environmental and ecological concerns
-passionate about investing in regenerative farming practice
-passionate about cleaning our food supply and exposing the unhealthy ingredients in processed 'foods'
-wants to bring preventative health more into public discourse; nutrition, exercise, etc
-will immediately close the border (this is not some republican scare issue, it is a very major issue - for many reasons)
-will send the necessary Asylum Judges to the border to expedite the process for legal migrants
-has an excellent plan to make homes affordable for all, including a program that backs mortgages at 3% and a tax structure to keep Black Rock from continuing to buy everyone out (this also will bring rent costs down dramatically)
-due to his family/background, he's well-learned from the inside of the various power structures
-due to his decades as an attorney successfully taking on major corporations, as well as government regulatory corruption, he is exceptionally well-suited for taking on the myriad of corporate capture over our government
*I wrote the list above many months before Oct 7, 2023. I should add, especially directed towards my brothers and sisters of the populist 'left' and populist 'right', 'progressives', 'libertarians', and people who are just antiwar, in general...
-RFK Jr. is in support of Israel (as am I). However, this in no way means he isn't also in support of helping the innocent people within Gaza. RFK Jr. has always been very aware of the conditions for the people within Gaza, and is especially aware of, and feels deep heartache for, the Hell they are living in now. He is a person who, as President, would do all he could to help seek lasting peace and prosperity for all in the region
-although RFK Jr. is a supporter of Israel, he is not a fan of Netanyahu, and has said repeatedly that he would not be writing him a blank check with American dollars to do with as he wishes
-there is no one who would fight harder or more tirelessly to reach out to everyone involved, as well as to leaders outside of the region, to try to negotiate and implement a sustainable peaceful solution for both the Israelis and the Palestinians. RFK Jr. would bring many ideas and a commitment to approaching the problem there from several different angles, and involving several other players. In fact, he would have been doing this before Oct. 7. (Simply yelling 'apartheid', 'genocide', etc is not in service of an actual solution - ask Hamas)
-and unlike anyone from the 2 major parties who supports Israel, RFK Jr. would never be lead by the corrupt (and disgusting) sheer financial interests of the Military Industrial Complex when it comes to any of America's foreign policy; including with Israel

RFK Jr is a nice gentleman but if he were serious about mending the divide, he would not be opening his campaign with "Happy Indigenous Peoples' Day". I live with a high population of native American, one of my cousin's grandma was 100%, I want to say Choctaw, and my husband had some Algonquin. No one has EVER celebrated that holiday in my 46 years. He confused the heck out of his VP on his abortion stance, trying to pretend he's the traditional safe legal rare Dem and then being oh it should always be up to the woman. which by the way there is a disgusting video of a guy asking a lady how late is too late. She thought it was perfectly fine to "abort" a 3 year old. That's what "it's always the woman's choice" means to them now. Then he goes and picks the furthest left VP he possibly can. One would think if he wanted to attract anyone remotely conservative he would have tried for someone like Tulsi Gabbard. Most of Trump's core base doesn't trust her, and I don't really trust any of them, but I, and a lot of more center right and independents like her.

Coming from someone who has had two different relatives with Parkinson's and another with dementia, Biden to me shows stronger signs of having dementia and I have been calling this out for years. My experience witnessing Parkinson's is not this, I'd say a good example people can see of those with Parkinson is Michael J Fox, they have mobility control issues, but they are alert and are very engaging. The person I know with Parkinson is sharp, the struggle is primarily the shaking, not the communication.
Biden meanwhile ticks all of he boxes of what I witnessed of someone going through Dementia: the lack of coordination (not of shaking but of basic movements like sitting down in a chair or walking down a step), the shuffling, lack of dimensional concept (like talking to or interacting with air, the person I knew who went through this insisted they were talking to someone so it was almost like Schizophrenia), the cognitive comprehension decline (Biden had to be given instructions on a paper of how to appear in the press, he accidentally showed this when he flipped the paper to the cameras of the instructions, there's also the issue how he repeats the teleprompter word for word down to say "End Quote"), the lost look gaze and when tuned into acts giddy like they are a toddler, the rambling and mumbling, and many times how both scenarios they would structure sentences that made zero sense. And most of all, the main thing Biden has in common with this person I knew that was diagnosed with dementia, is they both have/had major memory decline.
All in all, this is elderly abuse and both the Biden family and the DNC are responsible for this. The signs were there for over 4 years, there's a reason why Biden bunker down in the basement instead of drawing in a rally crowd. This is a cover up and it these people who are in charge of our nation, and why we have WWIII at our doorstep.

@@pourquoipas971 The Parkinson’s person has had the disease for over 15 years now, the person is currently in the late 70’s close to 80, thankfully no decline in cognitive function. The person with Dementia though, that happened roughly 5-8 years, sadly that person has passed. I believe this person also went through a brain aneurysm (I could be wrong as at the time I wasn’t nearby for the whole duration this person was diagnosed to the end) which likely escalated decline of brain function.
Perhaps there’s different types of Parkinson’s but based on my part of witnessing two people going through the two different diseases, Biden checks off more of what I witnessed with Dementia than what I’ve seen of Parkinsons. The best example I can give to Parkinson that I have engaged with is Michael J Fox, no rambling, muttering, sharp, engaged, nor confusion is involved, just has a problem not stiffing up every now and then when talking and a lot of shaking as well as have dizzy moments.
To me though one of the biggest differences between the two is confusion, it’s more prevalent with Dementia that I believe is the biggest security factor when it comes to anyone in a leadership position.
