  • This week, we discuss how conflicts in your life are often a mirror of unresolved issues within you. Narcissism, childhood experiences, and unresolved conflicts with one's caregivers play a role in attracting and perpetuating these issues. These conflicts are coming up because the Universe wants us to finally resolve them by acknowledging parts of us that keep getting stuck in conflict-by giving our power away, not standing up for ourselves, people pleasing, avoiding direct conversations, not speaking up, playing small, not vocalizing our needs, etc. Resolving conflict means acknowledging all of the feelings that are coming up and seeing parts of ourselves that we have neglected and avoided, that are not okay with us continuing to self-gaslight.
Consider how current conflicts may relate to or resemble dynamics from one's childhood. Ask, "What trauma is playing itself out?" or "What does this remind me of from my childhood?" Is this conflict similar to my dynamic with my mother, father, or other caregiver?
We can change all of this by reparenting ourselves. Use visualization techniques to address unresolved conflicts, such as imagining a conversation with your inner child or a significant figure from your past to release pent-up emotions and gain clarity.
