Vzpomínám na jízdy vlakem v neděli odpoledne z Prahy na Moravu. Puberťáci v posledním vagoně jedoucí na internáty. Z kazeťáku, na plný pecky, písničky "západních" kapel a k tomu OMEGA s neskutečnou "Gyöngyhajú lány". Zima v nevytopeném vagoně nám při tom vůbec nevadila. Nahoře musí znít krásná hudba když se tam setkají takové ikony jako Hladík Hendrix Lennon Harrison a mnoho mnoho dalších

43 years ago Omega passed thru my hometown Gdynia, Poland (1977) giving a short gig on Skwer Kosciuszki by the Baltic Sea. Sure I do, and interesting enough I made a comment on different (same concert) clip about "my Polish Brother" with the flag, guess what respond I've got back?! You need to recognize the flags better because it was a Chech. flag!! Really!? Waf? I know my brothers flag!!!!!!!!!!!

@@janbartos7653 Pozrel som si a máš pravdu je to tá melódia. Tú kapelu Kinks som nepoznal, ale majú celkom fajn hudbu. Ďakujem za typ. Prajem príjamný večer.
@@janbartos7653 Možno, že je určitá podobnosť, ale že by išlo o kopírovanie, pochybujem. O tom, že táto skladba má takýto úspech, a Kinksova nie je tak známa, určite prispelo aj geniálne "spravovanie", (keď už trváme na tom, že mali Kinksovu skladbu ako predlohu). Inak veľa spracovaní vzniklo na základe tejto skladby, niektoré prípady došli aj na súd - často bez väčšieho úspechu pre Omegu. Porovnal som komentáre Kinksovej a Omeginej skladby a vidieť, že Kinkso sú "známe" len v anglofónnej oblasti, kým Omega dokázal úspech aj napriek jazykovej izolácii.

I was 13 when I first heard this song while visiting family in Hungary while it was under Communism. I met a boy and we fell head over heals in love. He was my first love and when it time for me to come home to Canada, both of our hearts were shattered. I wanted to stay with him, but I had to come home. I will never forget Zoltan and I often wonder what became of him.
