Tip 1- if you dont have money dont flip! DONT risk it. REALLY like your vids and info ive been flipping in the midwest for 11 yrs and lol i dont come close to flipping properties that expensive like you do. I Agree with all the info you are giving except for the part where you and everyone else says you could flip with no money. YOU! flip without using your money but im pretty sure you had a savings to fall back in case of emergency Anyways heres your SUB!! AND LIKE!
Finding a great mentor is a good tip. I wish I had one in the beginning, I would have avoided a lot of mistakes and grown a lot faster!

Ryan Pineda, another real estate investor with a CZcams channel, I think you could model him and what he does on TikTok and Instagram and you'd grow your audience even bigger.

The stock market is no more or less risky than real estate investing if you understand position sizing and risk management. One advantage of the stock market is not having to deal with anybody but yourself. You can be your own worst enemy in the stock market.
When I was talking about the risk, I meant the risk for the majority of people, not the risk for people that are savvy stock investors. I have no doubt that for stock traders or anyone who are familiar with the stock market, it's not as risky - the same as the real estate market not being as risky to me compared to it is to most people. If you watched this video czcams.com/video/rCzs02cHn7A/video.html, I explained why real estate is not as risky in general compared to the stock market.
You don't have to deal with anybody by investing in the stock market, but you have to deal with Imperfect Information because you'll never have the information company insiders have that can cause stocks to go up and down drastically. Just my two cents.
