✅ DB Press: 6-8 Reps 4 sets
✅ DB Chest Press: 6 reps 4 sets
✅ I did military press also: 12 reps 3 sets
✅ Lateral Raise: try it in the bench if you bounce too much: 12 reps 4 sets
✅ Weight Push up: 4 sets till failure

I love training upper body, but something about lower body days just hit different. I feel like a beast after I’ve done a million squats 🤣

I think this woman is going to change my life, she is a true inspiration. I already started to go to the gym, but I am struggling with the diet, I have to sort that out too.
Cut out the sugar and flour and you have it solved. Sugar hijacks all our normal hunger signals and satiety signals. I have dropped 20lbs in 10 weeks while also changing my body composition with strength training myas a 46 year old mom who has given birth 4 times to 9lb babies. I have a flat stomach now. I would never have thought it possible

@@JessLord1 The first 6 weeks I did Keto but could NOT get my blood sugars out of the 60's. So I felt like crap and was tired all the time. So I added in berries. It still didn't feel like enough carbs so I added in potatoes, popcorn, or even tortilla chips once a day and a small serving. The weight just started falling off. I have taken off 15lbs since then. The first 6 weeks was only 5lbs. I have gone from a size 18 to size 8 and I know I owe all that to reduced inflammation and strength training. I look better now than when I was in my 30's.
The 4 things I do
1. Strength training 5 days a week. Using heavy weights. Best advice I got was use heavy weights and get to fatigue.
2. 10k steps a day.
3. At least 100 grams of protein a day
4. No sugar, no flour
Hope that helps. I have also solved so many health problems I had that I didn't even know were related to my diet and lack of strength. Good luck! You can be a whole new you in 11 weeks!

Man I wish I could pump out push-ups! How did you work up to that? I’ve tried to gain that but can’t seem to get it even with working out upper body.
Don’t your bangs bug you while working out? Always going in your mouth. That would drive me crazy 😝
You coul try doing progressions. Start with pushups against the wall if you need, then a lower surface like kitchen countertop, lower and lower until you gain the strength and mobility to do normal pushups
The lower you go the more body weight percentage it is that you're pushing

What music keeps you going
I love training everything. And I’ve only been going to the gym for a week now and I feel like I finally found a good gym and fitness community. I used to skateboard and it was cool but working out is so much better. I have a member ship with my sister and she complains the whole time and wants to leave after an hour or less and she takes pictures and post them saying she’s working her ass off. But does bare minimum, does terrible form and is dragging me down with her. I have to share a car with her so I have to go with her. It’s annoying, but ima try to keep motivating her. Love the vids ❤
