    Without the necessary joint flexibility ie ankles, groins and back the squat can lead to injury. This needs to be discussed. You can’t just do a squat and tell people just to repeat it just by looking at you.

    Edit! NM i just found your updated 'Leg day' and it's perfect!!! ❤❤❤ Hey Krissy, than you SO much for the high quality content!!! If you ever have time, would you please talk about some 'limited mobility' options for some of these? For my personal case, one of my big toes has a screw in it! 😅 So I cant bend it past about 25-30 degrees. So lunges and step backs on that side are damn near impossible😢 I've tried pointing my toes, but it feels super unstable and I end up compensating!? Maybe just build strength there? Other options? Either way thanks again! You're my new go-to for quality, thoughtful, real, strength building, bodybuilding content!!!

    Holding the bar in your front is preferable to maintain an upright posture. Bar behind squats encourage people to bend forward and over time creates bad posture. To practice a correct squat movement stand directly with your front to a wall - your face should move up without touching the wall.

    I’m hoping you could help me… I had about 30 knee surgeries 4 knee replacements. With that comes a lot of scar tissue so both knees don’t bend more than 90 degrees. I’m 100% healthy I do Pilates. But I’m trying to find ways I can really hit my glutes and concentrate on that. A lot I need to bend more then 90 or at 90 I’m just about there. One knee bends about 85. The other bends just at 90 I wanna say. Hope you can help!!! I’ve been let down every where I turn no one really wants to help or doesn’t know how
