- We have finally pioneered a way to save your saves face to face (massive breakthrough, using Discord video chat). Now it was time to take that model to the live stream and save your Football Manager saves with the help of the community itself. A few brave souls stepped up and put their FM save on the line in need of help and we all set out to help them.
The issues in this run through were quite diverse. There was someone playing their first ever FM save, someone who needed desperate help with scouting, and someone who needed desperate help getting through the neolithic schedule of the English lower leagues. Tactics are discussed and of course a wonderful daliance with the concept of LOANS. No FM save is complete without a few, wonderful, loans.

Yeah, this series is just a way for people to show off their saves and be featured on the Zealand channel. The actual "saving" of the saves could be done with a quick 2 minute Google search.
I should send him my save with San Marino in the 2040 Euro Playoff Semi Finals and see if he can qualify
I like them because there are a variety of issues he deals with. It would be boring if every one was just "Your tactics suck, your players suck" etc.

The hack to fixture congestion is to set the team to do recovery every day.
Also, if you were recently promoted, constantly ask for more coaches and scouts, more wages for them etc.
Start upgrading your scouting and coaching staff from day 1 of your save.
I am playing Hull, I got promoted fiest season and by the end of my first Prem season I already had the best coaching, medical and scouting teams in the league.
My second season in the Prem and Im already a lock for the Europa league and have a shot at Champ league.
Not just recovery. Rest + Recovery + one of the match preps like match tactics or even put in teamwork if you lack Cohesion. For before and after every match. I got at least 65% injury reduction every year. Highest i got was 87% at one point. My team was on fire.

No, the bigger footballing countries around the world will always produce good players whether you have them playable or not.

To make a tactic you pick a formation you want make sure you have good players that suit the rules pick your style tiki taka gigapress long ball ect and all the other width and stuff
Does anyone have any advice for me I started with Oxford united on unemployed mode I only signed 3 players Daniel sturidge, andre wisdom, devante Cole 2 free transfers 1 payed fee for Cole £100K from Barnsley we are sat in the top half of league 1 my goal is to get automatic promotion or get to up on the playoffs in league 1 bring Oxford to the championship once again.
Don't ever pay a fee for a player when you're below the Championship (even the Prem really), it's never worth it - put all your money into your wage budget and sign end of contract players. Set up scouting filters to look for contracts expiring, sign precontract agreements with them when their contracts have less than 6 months on them (foreign) or 1 month (domestic). You can even unsettle players with fake bids that the club will obviously not accept, but if the player wants to join he might ask to leave or "consider his options" at the end of the contract
@@OhItsUno ok I only payed £100k for devante Cole who for me has been solid the only signings I made was Daniel sturidge, Andre wisdom, Ross mcormack, Danny Simpson on Free transfers like I know like there's players to get on pre contract but I'm never gonna get a PL player as he will be on stupid wages and not be realistic Exprience and youth works that's why I brought in some old players like mcormack, Danny Simpson there football league players my best players are kyle Joseph a 20 year old striker who has been class for us our goalie Ed mcginty has been class but making some mistakes however making some good saves in penalty shootouts against Gillingham and Portsmouth he has the most player of the match awards in league 1 so far

When player are 30 it’s an auto sell for me ;) it’s the last moment you can get something for them
But depends on the team if your dominating your league in Croatia those over 30 players will still do goods as the standards of the league aren't as good if its premier league you need physical and younger players although you can still have some over 30s. I'm doing Oxford my over 30 players are Ross mcormack, Danny Simpson, sturridge former Liverpool man, andre wisdom who is about to hit 30, Eastwood a 2nd choice keeper and some others but for league 1 I think it's fine we have hit a poor run of form 6 games without a win I arranged friendlies against Yeovil town, PSG 2, and my next episode of the series we start against Oxford city in a friendly
