How to install an HID headlight in a CBR 600 F4

HID headlight install on a Honda CBR 600 F4. This is a kit from ddmtuning.com. It is a hi/lo H4. The "high" is NOT brighter, it just raises the beam pattern. My kit came with no directions, not too big of a deal for me, but it may be a headache for others, that's why I made this video. I wish they actually sold a true motorcycle kit; for example my bike has one bulb, a kit with only one bulb connection would really clean up the wiring. Any questions just ask, I will respond to try to answer any questions. This is a 35w 6000k system.

I reached under mine without removing any panels.LED headlights are available in a smaller size,just 5mm longer than a Standard Halogen. Save yourself some time and hassle by researching the H4 LED headlight bulbs.

Is it a H4 or H7 bulb?? I have a cbr600f4 but don’t really know how to see what bulb it is?

I don't know, they were on there when I bought it. I wouldn't recommend them though, I don't think you can see them very well in the day either.

Hey what brand of flush mount signals do you have and where did you get them? I have smoked out flush mounts but they're way too dim, can't even see them in the day. I have an F4 as well.

Hi mate I want to take off my headlight bolt from the unit from the front so I can install a new unit on so I can install it on my motorcycle bracket do you know anything about it the sides on my headlight are broken can I install new ones cheers

Hi mate have you ever had any problems with the headlight not coming on when you turn the key on?

No, it will power on when you turn the key on and go off when you hit the start button. It comes right back on after starting.
