Outstanding video my man. Too many video's on youtube are just musical mysteries, your commentary, careful instruction and demoing the results sets this video far above most of them. GJ man.
It's great to see someone build something that doesn't cost hundreds and require thousands of dollars in tools. Great job!
Thanks man, i was getting crazy figuring out why my speaker was shutting off, even using two LiPo batteries in parallel which cover the power demand by far. I have to admit that you know what you're dealing with, i'm studying electronic engineering and never had the idea that the cables i was using could affect that much to my problem (they were basically aluminium junk from an USB). Thanks for those good explanations, you have a new subscriber.
Simply put, straight to the point, no DLCs included. Kudos from the Philippines!
Very educative and descriptive video, really explained everything from start to finish. Thank you Sorin , it helped me a lot, soon I shall build my own.
Wow, this is by far the best tutorial i have ever seen! :)
Sorine, nota zece!
Nice work on the speaker box. It came out very good, and seems to work well. I will have to try and build one too.
In your videos, you describe everything very well. I like the way of making videos, you do. Excellent.
I like how detail you are in your explanations. Good work.
Amazing information about that board, now i know i need to buy a charging board for my LiPo. I thought it had an overdischarge protection, as well as the recommended step up converter. Thanks my man
I really like the way you speak and explain things.
Greaaat Video and Great Tutorial as always Sorin Keep up the good Work !!
Fantastic how-to video! You explain things well. Thank you, sir!
your videos are very elaborate.. i love them.. easy to understand circuits and wiring for people without no electrical knowledge like me.. :)
thanks a lot !
Perfect presentation with knowledge in particular bluetooth board.
This is the best diy video with clear description, awesome
Well done bro, you have knowledge so u do not need a fancy workshop. Your electronic skils and praxis are amaizing. Good job bro....greet's from Serbia. Now working on my own bt boom box ;) ty for this video.
I did the same thing with a 1934 Philco Radio case. I love it!
Brad
Sorin....a very nice and well executed project...enjoyed watching this...thx.
Greetings from Bulgaria 🇧🇬. Nice job again!
This is what I wanted, a proper explanation, instead of music and somebody waving their hands around, thank you
I received mine 2 weeks ago and its a surprising powerfull module ! with the benefite of having integrated charging management, i did also a video of my speaker if someone want to have a look ;)
well done, Sorin. keep up the good work!
Outstanding work and I like to watch your videos again and again.
Nice project. You should of used a textured paint for your enclosure. That particle board has way too many imperfections, that a flat paint will reveal. A textured paint would hide all those imperfections and give a much better look.
very nice demonstration for the bass of the speakers
Amazing video, great sound quality !
I want more
Very nicely and well explained each and everything 👍 great job brother . It might not look good for some people but it sounds really great.
I love projects like this, sure you can go buy one for less cost, but what fun is that. I would rather spend a little more, make it myself, and learn. Well done.
I am a fellow enthusiast, I like your videos, so calm and humble.
You explain everything that you do that's awesome....
Just perfect...presentation.! A perfect Explanation make a difficult task easier...! 👏👏
Greetings from Asia sorin. Your explanations worths a lot. Good luck and have a great life mate.
Very nice, and simplistic in its oporation. Bet it still sounds pretty good, even if it wasn't built to the size of a small suitcase.
Simple, understandable for beginners as me. I hope that you will build 2.1 sound bar. Thanks for this video.
what a great idea with the sponge!
Well done and I love the box.
very useful video! I really appreciated the whole explanation, in the future i will make this project in my channel and mention your good video..
@Sorin: a practical tip: at timestamp 6:03, you're cutting into the board with your arm in front of the saw. If the saw runs off without resistance after cutting the last millimeters of board, it may overshoot, and you may cut half your arm off. Never cut into your own limbs/fingers, always cut away. If you don't have clamps to hold the board to the table, sit on it with your knee, and catch the falling part with your free hand. NEVER hold it in the way you do here. One accident may scar you for life.
Also, jigsaws can cut fairly straight, if you use a guide. Use a straight bit of metal/wood, about 1cm thick, and place it so that the base of the jigsaw slides along it.
Very nice to have such detailed construction as only an expert can tell you such details, I also share the same hobby as you do.
That’s an awesome job and a great idea for a Bluetooth speaker box 👍👍
Excellently explained. good circuit diagram.
Your the only guy that solve this problem THANK YOU now i will make it
You are a good teacher Sorin. You should be inducted into the Nerd Hall of Fame!
Thank you for telling me about that amp. I made also a bt speaker with a different amp. A 2*30 Pam8610
You done really good job, as you say you don't have fancy tools, but still turned out great,
Good speakers i love it
It doesnt like other speakers it is very powerful
Learned many things... Thanks a lot
Another good video and good advice. But do remember that if someone has a bunch of 4 ohm speakers, it's possible to put them in series to get 8 ohms. All is not lost! Also, a tip: soldering 2-3 inches of wire to the Bluetooth F-antenna will remove a lot of noise at low volumes. In my experience those PCB antenna always work better with extra wire soldered to the end of the F.
hi. if you connect 2x 4ohm speaker drivers in series, you can use them as a 8ohm speaker. but there is a small problem: the voice coil of one speaker driver will become a small frequency filter for the other speaker connected in series. so both speakers will lose some of the high frequency sound. if you do this with bass speakers it's ok. but if you connect tweeters (with voice coils) in series, you will partially cancel their ability to make high frequency sounds.
Good video, very easily understood , well done.
Great job Sorin! Very good design and explanation of your process, as well as demonstration of the final product. Thanks for posting- I'm going to subscribe to your channel!
You are really awesome guy😊 and you really carry a good knowledge and good passion about them.... really appreciate your work😇......LOVE FROM INDIA 🇮🇳!!
I made same speaker, sounds really awesome. Thank you
This video inspired me to make my own bluetooth speaker 5w+5w It sounds good & with a custom 6800mah battery pack playtime exceeds my expectations.
Very Clear and nice. Thank you
Super tare patroane, tot asa!
great work, amazing what you could do with two hands.....next time you could consider having a few different grades of sandpaper and use a scrap piece of timber as a block and sand until you get that smooth finish. that and a bit of wood filler and i would say you would be hard pressed to notice the difference between power tools and manuel labour. I've really enjoyed doing it.
loved the video and look forward to more :)
Foarte tare videoul!!!
Felicitari
Really beautiful
Beautiful,Good Nice Job!!!
I have always loved your videos, very well explained which makes me believe you are very experienced. Keep it up..
Your videos are awesome... Your voiceover too
Hi Sorin !
Your videos help a lot !!!
How is the sound output on Full volume ?
@@rohantatkare7965 for me is coming with a weird noise at full volume
I did the same thing as Sorin
Best channel ever!!!
Fantastic Video!
Great job, bro!
Succes în continuare . Am şi eu un pistol de lipit românesc .
the best how to make bluetooth speaker video )))
Nice project sorin!
Sir how to solder multi colour led?i have tp4056 module and i want to replace led like you tel me
you need a multi color LED with a common anode (or positive). on the tp4056 board the 2 LEDs are soldered with the anode side by side. so you solder the anode wire in the middle, between the LEDs. in my video the anode is yellow and the cathodes for the 2 colors are red and blue.
I got you... thanks soo much for your help
Great job bud!
Excellent video
i like that,thank for sharing.
Nice. I love it
Good job!
Hello Sorin. Great speaker. Do you know if there is a easy way to integrate an Aux input into the circuit?
hi. for this bluetooth module we cannot add aux in. but in the future I will make a bigger boombox with more features, including aux in.
It would really help me..... tks
Lover your videos!!!!’
amazing videos!!! I suscribe!!
You can create one but whitout bluethoot? (for example, to use in a bartop) thanks!!
Perfect!!
Bravo!!!!
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Amazing, good job...
Good work
Nice camera work
Foarte tare !!!
YOU ARE THE BEST
Excellent work ... My frnd.
A small handle of fake leather or something would have been awesome to carry it...
Greetings from India 🤘🏻
Excellent explanation. What type of wire r u using for the conection? Any particular name for the wire?
hi. in general I use wires salvaged from PC power supplies. most of them have good quality thick wires. they also have a lot of colors to choose from.
I like your GIGANTIC RULER and PENCIL
like your work
Nice video. everything is fine and good. but u did not tell about the position of small switch embedded in the amplifier board.
hi. I forgot about the tiny switch. it switches between battery or micro USB use. I set it to be powered only by the USB port.
sound good
I used 10W 40hm speaker when I connect both the speaker bluetooth not connected in my mobile , if I remove any one speaker connecting also
Bluetooth.amplifier shutdown down when increased volume
Is there any possible way for 4ohm 10w speaker?
Excelent and well talked trhough tutorial! Do you think that i can use 40watts 8ohms speakers with your configuration? Should i use mor than 2 cells? Thanks in advance
hi. you can use the speaker drivers, if they are good quality ones. 2 cells are enough. the autonomy is more than 10 hours at maximum volume with 2x 2000mAh cells. if you use 2600 - 3000 mAh cells it will last even longer.
@@Sorin_DIY Thanks and yer they are good car speakers. Excellent i'll use 2 cells then. Thank you very much!!
Un tutorial in care montezi un subwoofer pe masina ? Multumesc mult !
Hello sorin.. your work is amazing, especially the way you explained.
I've a small question.. what's the capacitor uf value and volt that you soldered directly in DC stepup module ?
hi. I think it's 2200uF at 16V. you need a capacitor with a rated voltage higher than the running voltage. so for a 5V device, you need a capacitor of minimum 10V. there are also 6.3V capacitors, but they are too close to the running voltage. the capacitance depends on the supply power and the load. for a 5V bluetooth speaker 1000 - 3300uF should be enough.
@@Sorin_DIY
thanks a lot :) 😃
I love the video and the explanation, however, I do have a question. I noticed you used another ("extra" if you will) USB micro PCB for charging and that's supported with USB TP4056. Why is that?
hi. it's a micro USB breakout. it's just an extension for the charging port. it's smaller than the charging module, so it can be fixed on the side much easier.
Amazing video tutorial. By the way, how can i add an aux wire to it, to make it dual speaker? And also a second switch. The first switch is for the power source if i am going to use aux and the second switch to power on the bluetooth module.
it's very difficult to add an aux in, I don't know the wiring and I don't have another bluetooth module like this one. but you can use a different amplifier, that has aux in and bluetooth. or you can build one from different modules.
@@Sorin_DIY thanks a lot sir. Very much appreciated. Can you suggest a module that has aux in and a bluetooth? I am not that familiar with all electronic modules
Superb
Hi Sorin,
This brand speaker is not available in my town.
What speaker I can choose? Will i get same type of speaker in other brand? Or tell me alternate speaker model ?
hi. you can use other type of speaker drivers. dayton speakers are very good, but expensive. I suggest you find 8ohm speakers, with a diameter of 6cm or bigger (mine are 7.5cm), with rubber surround.
Great video. You motivated me do make one for my self. I have a problem with mine tho. I use a similar setup except I use separate bluetooth module with a 3w amp and have yet to buy the capacitor. When I power it on it shuts off after 2 seconds and it goes in a boot loop. Any idea how to fix the problem?
hi. did you fix the problem? do you have 4 or 8 ohm speakers? what power source did you use. I suggest to try it with 8 ohm speakers and separate power supplies for each module, with minimum 1A.
Thank you for the reply.
I am using 3w 4 ohm speakers connected to PAM 8403 which is powered with two 18650 batteries connected in parallel. I have TP4056 charging module with protection and 2 amp boost converter. Without the boost converter is working fine, only problem is my 5v bluetooth module, I don't know if it will work with lower voltages as the battery drains.
Separate power supplies cause a horrible ground loop which distorts the sound, I have tried that.
