Need a bullet train corridor Howrah to Delhi
It will be on two phases
I don't think Delhi-Howrah route would be viable. Distance is 1500 km. Bullet train will take 5-6 hours including stops. That is the same time it takes to take a domestic flight including check-in time and baggage collection. Cost of ticket will also be similar to flight (around 6,000 rupees).

@@sonukumarprasad4615 Those are top speeds. Trains must slow down at curves. Even if these trains run at an average speed of 333 kph, travel time of the route will be about 4.5 hrs. Plus, a route that long will have about 6-9 stations. Assume an average 5 minute stop will take 30-45 minutes. That gives us total route travel time of 5 to 5.25 hours.

I don't think this route will be commercially viable. Hyderabad- Bengaluru and Bengaluru- Chennai routes may be much better in terms of commercial viability. The route distances of 600 km and 300 km are perfect for HSR projects. Travel times could be reduced to 2.5 hrs and 1.5 hrs respectively which will be considerably lower than taking domestic flights if you include check-in and baggage collection times in travel time.
True, also extension of the Ahmedabad line to Delhi, so that capital and financial capital are connected

As per my opinion this carridor is commercialy not viable as the population on the route is rich enough to afford the fare of train. Mumbai Ahemadbad is viable since it will be used by Diamond & Garment traders.
