I love how Tristan has built bonds with all the kids. He is so patient and kind with the younger kids. Love seeing him spend time at the home and excited he's going on vacay with the family. Looking forward to how his relationship develops with the entire family. I feel now that adoption is done we are seeing Evie more. For awhile it felt we weren't seeing her as much and I realize filming around her was hard. She does have a big heart that can always be seen!

Others have said this but seeing Tristan interact with everyone truly makes the family seem complete. He just fell into life with everyone and especially with the littles. It’s like he’s always been there.

Tristian is amazing cook and really seems to enjoy what he is doing. I love that he loves to cook what a larfge family really needs. Evie is such a happy little girl now and it shows so much each day, what a lovely child. She is in the perfect family. 💗

I LOVE THIS for everyone. Just some good quality family time. I love Aaron and Tristan teaching Evie how to safely cook and the parts of the process. My mom taught me to cook when I was young and it is such a good experience for kids to learn a life long valuable skill.

Hi Savannah. You should definitely get prescription sunglasses. I have and it’s a game changer. Try and get polarised lenses if possible. Bit more expensive, but a lot clearer. Xx
I have too otherwise I wouldn't be able to drive or read in the sun
RX sunglasses are definitely a must. However, Polarized sunglasses are great for outside, albeit interfere with phone use, gas pump and atm displays. [could affect boat instrument panels as well]. It just depends on your use case.

My son taught me a wonderful way to get the seasonings to cover the chicken evenly. (I also DO NOT like to touch chicken with my hands.) Put all of seasoning in a large baggie and then put the chicken and shake until covered.
That's the way I do it. I hate touching raw chicken.

I was laughing when you said you have to get everyone out of the house for the showing. It reminded me of getting my family out of the house & there are 4 kids & 4 adults. Back when they were young.

Evie is so cute! My youngest brother just had his first baby yesterday and named her Evelyn with her nickname being Evie. She was born 12 days early after she went to her last OB appointment Friday and her doctor noticed her blood pressure was high (Preeclampsia) and she was already high risk due to having gone through cancer treatments and also due to her age. Thankfully mom and baby are healthy and should be discharged from the hospital on Tuesday.
My Mom's name is Evelyn. Her nickname was Evie but with a short "E".

I work in a cafeteria and have for 13 years now. I have never seen pasta in a #10 can before nor did I know it was even a thing! I guess it makes sense for emergency prepping though as the boxed shelf life is 2 years, 3 if stored vacuum sealed. Interesting.

I’m American and have never seen pasta in a can. Maybe be it can be picked up at a restaurant supply store. I’ve only seen it in bags and boxes at the store.

Prescription sunglasses are the best. Very expensive but I love mine! The bummer is you have to carry your regular long distance and reading glasses with you always. I love the dog testing trick. What horror making sure everyone has what they need for the cruise.
I love seeing tristan take on the big brother role so instantly and show his love through his food and teaching others. I really hope he is going on the family vacation too!

Savanah, you should try transition sun glasses. They get dark when you go outside and clear when inside. Make sure you get UV protected. Good luck.
