We have a new way of doing chores in our house, which works well except everyone has the worst chore. This is our family chore routine for 16 people. We also answer the question of if we pay everyone an allowance for doing chores.

He is not there son. Past foster child yes. Sad to say he is in more video's then some of the kids. It is good that they open their house up to past foster kids tho.
@@foxyplayzgames5210 Even tho he was never officially adopted, he is still their son. They have addressed this in past videos, as well as why they didn’t adopt him in the past. They’ve also said that he feels like their missing piece, and were so glad to be reunited with him, cause they were all very close and missed him a lot. They talk more about it on their video titled “Reunited with our foster son!!! | We missed YOU!”

I love how you took the time to explain the manager chore 5:17 because as a college student who just finished her second year, being able to effectively communicate with others is an extremely important skills. On a daily weekly basis, I'm talking to group members on various projects and communicating to my advisors on ways I need assist in something.
Even though the kids may not like the chore "manager", I feel that they will be very thankful for this skill in the future.
Tristan was definitely your missing piece. I’ve really loved watching everything he adds to the Family. You can tell reuniting completed what you both needed. It’s so adorable to see how in love Aurora is with him and how much he plays with her. Can’t wait to see the Family Vacation!

Crystal & Aaron, that is the perfect way to raise your kids with none paid chores then they can earn money doing extra chores. I didn't know you paid them to help on CZcams, but that is perfect. Let's not forget you take them shopping all the time, buy them really nice birthday gifts, take them to the park, jump park, going on a Cruise and always out to eat which must be insanely costly to feed that many people in a restaurant. The least they can do is their chores and they do like the great bunch they are.

I would like to challenge everyone to work on spatial awareness. This skill is extremely important right now. Being present and alert when in public areas and social gatherings can really mean life or something different.

So it was kind of you to share how you reward the kids in videos or for brand deals which I think is great! I also have noticed how much Tristan has contributed since reuniting, and while I feel like he’s just truly grateful to have y’all back and ditto from you to him, it must be helpful to supplement his income a bit by helping with the bigger projects. This is good for it helps kids as they grow to be organised than just leave it for someone to clean after them. The fact that the parents do their part as well this is very inspiring

Organizing fridge is arduous but certainly bring so much joy. I like how tasks are delegated and a Manager assigned to check- ( inspect what you expect) a very useful life skill in future. Maybe you could come up with a checklist for a Manager ( you mentioned some of them) Certainly no power tripping. Love love love

The manager chore is actually amazing. I love what you said about being able to effectively communicate. It really is a good idea! A lot of times you have to manage people you “have fun with,” especially when you’re younger starting in the workforce. Being able to separate work and play can be difficult for some so that’s great practice.

I don’t know what would you guys do and be like without him if he wasn’t in life ever. Should thank him very much with better changes and new learnings from Tristan. I guess he was that life saver that you guys didn’t know you needed. Think goodness he came back into your guys family life again. Later than never or I guess sooner than never.

The container stores are super fun. In my fridge I have containers labeled “condiments” “jelly/jam” . There are containers in the pull out drawer with different types of cheeses, lunch meats, bacon, hotdogs, etc. there is an extra container for greens that do not fit into the produce pullout. It makes life so much easier.

Lol my extended family has a joke like "pettit time" we call it Burrows Standard Time" cause when we say we're gonna have family parties at a certain time it starts an hour or so later.

Lots of those containers and gadgets are cheaper at TJmaxx, HomeGoods, Marshall’s, Homesence, Ross and Walmart, The Container Store is WAY overpriced, but with that said, Tristan did an AMAZING job!!

Why does the laundry person have to fold others clothes. They should fold their own clothes.
Unless its the kitchen rags and towels.
I think all but Aurora and maybe Evie are old enough to do their own laundry...1 or 2 (maybe even 3) kids can do theirs on certain days.
They should do whatever their parents want them to do. Not what some stranger on CZcams expects them to do.
Great inspiration of Tristan's re organisation of the fridge with the flow and easier access with the pull out draws. Nothing worse than having to pull everything out to find that one item and then putting everything back. Any tips for the freezer? I am all for taking an arduous task made easier.

They're both blue. Crystal's are lighter, and the colour is less dense than Evie's.
Hers a suggestion.. why don't you combine( take away) game room and kitchen. Was never dirty and everyone hates the kitchen. But if there were two people doing the kitchen, it wouldn't be so bad.
Bravo 👏🏻 Tristan🙌🏻💖💖💖 Everytime i organize my refrigerator and freezer, the other people in the house just put stuff back in an open space. It drives me crazy. I have the shelf sorted by snacks and leftovers and other. Super simple. There are 3 grownups and one seven year old. I try to mitigate waste and I compost all of the veggie scraps for my garden. When stuff is just shoved in the refrigerator, it’s impossible to know what you have🤷🏼♀️ I give up and then a few months later I do it again until I give up again 😂🤦♀️🤷🏼♀️

Tristan! The fridge is so organized! I have been trying to keep mine organized as well sharing with 2 roommates. Unfortunately, there is still more room needed for vegetables. My fridge is just not large enough for 3. I am now contemplating putting small fridges in each bedroom. Soda, water , milk take up a lot of space!

The cork board made me LOL - True life! Every time I hear one of your doors squeak, I just want to come WD-40 them! 🤪 We are also a Robi tools family and bought that pressure washer after renting them became a hassle.
In this house if you see something that needs be done, you do it which sometimes does not work out all the time so every other week, I will go behind everyone and just clean the whole house
