    Do you try to not eat dinner while working? I never know if I should just bring dinner to my desk or step away

      I think if you have time, stepping away for 10-15 minutes will help overall mindfulness and satiation, at least I have found that for myself! And if you really have time, a quick walk after eating is great too :) I don't always have the time for a walk, but I'm trying to at least get better about not eating with distractions.
