Morning Workout Routine 💪

  • This was the first thing I did for a workout today.
    I like keeping it simple, challenging and quick.
    The exercises at the end change to different variations but the principle of not overloading yourself stays the same.

    That beginning flow was just insane. Especially when you shifted to a one arm hold.

    What normal purson can do pullups like that ? Make a video for the average person
