First time I’d visited the SVR in 5 years was last Sunday (Open House 2019!). Had a fab day out, and hope you did as well. Great video. Thanks for sharing!
There’s a last minute replacement for betton grange for this years spring gala event 1369 is coming here instead of betton grange due to work on her taking too long as a result she’s not ready in time for the gala And it’s 1369s first visit to the SVR since 2005 which is 19 years ago And that means it’s tank locos galore
Shame on you for riding behind the stinky diesel, but good on you for riding behind the two steamies, which you ought to have done all day long. Nothing beats a ride up close and personal behind a real steam engine. The Branchline Gala, on the Llangollen Railway this weekend, will feature Mr. DMU and four steam engines: three tank engines (Little Miss J94, Austin No. 1 and 7754) and a tender engine (No. 3802). I'm attending.
Thanks for a pleasant trip on the SVR Phil.
My pleasure Bob 😀
