Compared to me, you are like the Mary Poppins of wedding videographers! I'm coming from mostly studio work and my gear just isn't made for packing up and travelling, so there's no way I can get my stuff into one bag.....I need to change that ASAP! I'd also love to be able to see how you pack up your lighting kit, including the stands. I found your recent practical lighting video very interesting and I'm now trying to source some plastic frosted cylinders that I can modify into a little lamp like yours. Thanks again, I appreciate these types of educational videos that you are putting out and I love your wedding films!
Let me know if you find some good plastic frosted cylinders. I’m looking as well.
Hahaha Mary Poppins is the highest praise. Yes a lighting kit bag video would be super helpful! Since we’ve switched our lighting gear up recently I’m currently revamping the bag but when I’m done I’ll absolutely post a video on it.
Ooo plastic ones are hard to find! Definitely let me know if you do!
@@geraldrosenau I haven't been able to find any plastic light fixtures/lamp shades so far. However, I have found much better success doing a Google search for "Large plastic/acrylic vases." It looks like there are many sizes and shapes that would probably do very well for this use with a little DIY modification. I haven't yet found a vase that is translucent like the lamp shade though. I am thinking about just getting a clear one and using a can of frosted glass spray paint on it to see how that works. Maybe use some epoxy and glue on some sort of mini tripod/ball-head base plate to the bottom of the vase so no matter what angle the table/podium its placed on, the light can be leveled?
Love how you put this video together 👏
Thank you so much!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Great Video thank u for that. Could you do a review of the Sigma 24-70 especially in combination with the C70?
Love the Peak Design pouch! What else do you keep in there? I’ve been using a Think Tank pouch for awhile now but it’s quite bulky. I may have to switch to one of those.
I love it! That little thing is the perfect size and fit for caring around accessories or mic’s etc. so good!
Is that tripod heavy duty enough for your rigged out c70 ? How much does your rog weight estimately?

That was my main goal
