- Today nine new judges have been sworn in as judges of the Supreme Court, including three women judges. So far, 11 women have been appointed as judges in the Supreme Court. The number of female judges in India is less than that of male judges. In today's show we have discussed this issue in detail. Along with this, today we also talked about that government woman officer of #Thane, Maharashtra whose fingers have been chopped off.

सर मेरा आपसे एक सवाल है मेरा उनसे सवाल है जिन्होंने कानून बनाए हैं महिलाओं की सुरक्षा के लिए सर जब एक महिला ससुराल द्वारा प्रताड़ित की जाती है महिला को शारीरिक मानसिक आर्थिक प्रताड़ना दी जाती है महिला ससुराल द्वारा निकाल दी जाती है महिला को न्याय पाने के लिए कोर्ट जाना पड़ता है पीड़ित महिला जो ससुराल द्वारा बाहर निकाल दी गई है उसको जो उसके माता-पिता से सामान मिलता है वह भी वहां रह गया है और माता-पिता की कंडीशन खराब हो गई हो ऐसे में वह कोर्ट तक न्याय पाने के लिए कैसे जाएगी जिसके पास खुद के भरण-पोषण के लिए पैसे ना हो क्योंकि सर कोर्ट तक आने जाने में बहुत पैसे खर्च होते हैं क्या वह पीड़ित महिला बिना न्याय के रह जाए या गरीब महिलाओं को न्याय का अधिकार नहीं है अगर कोई महिला कोर्ट चली भी जाती है न्याय पाने के लिए अपने अधिकार पाने के लिए तो उनका कोई समय नहीं है केस को 1 से 10 साल तक लग जाते हैं और कोई सहायता नहीं मिलती है गुजारा भत्ता महिलाओं के लिए बनाया गया है लेकिन उसका फायदा महिलाओं को नहीं मिलता उससे ज्यादा उनके पैसे खर्च हो जाते हैं इतने समय के बाद भरण पोषण मिले या ना भी मिले कोई जरूरी नहीं है ससुराल से निकाली गई महिला इतने समय तक अपना भरण-पोषण कैसे करें या उसको आत्महत्या कर लेनी चाहिए सर मैं आपसे हाथ जोड़कर क्षमा मांगती हूं अगर मैंने कोई शब्द गलत लिख दिए हैं उसके लिए मुझे क्षमा कीजिएगा सर मैं अपने सवालों के जवाब चाहती हूं 🙏🙏कृपया करके मेरी मदद करें🙏🙏😭🙏🙏

न्याय प्रणाली खुल ही आज़ाद नहीं है तो लोगों को क्या इंसाफ मिलेगा
लोक हित के लिये भारत सरकार द्वारा न्यायिक सुधार हेतु UPSC के द्वारा IAS IPS IRS की तरह IJS की नियुक्ति करने की जरूरत हे जिससे योग्यता और उच्च ऊर्जा क्षमता प्राप्त पात्र लोगों को चयन हो सके ।
देशहित के लिए चिकित्सा ,विज्ञान, तकनीक,शिक्षा ,शौध, रक्षा/ सुरक्षा सेवाओं व विधि /न्यायिक संस्थाओं में केवल योग्यताओं के आधार पर चयन अनिवार्य रूप से लागू हो।आरक्षण नीति के अन्तर्गत उपरोक्त संस्थाओ में चयन प्रतिबंधित कर पहिले आओ पहिले पाओ अर्थात केवल योग्यता और क्षमता पर ही चयन नियुक्ति अनिवार्य रूप से लागू करने की जरूरत हे ।

You forgetting one most imp thing justice trvedi is only on judge in this appointment and after long time she is only judge who served in subordinate courts she know grassroot people's problems very keenly
Tribunal Appointments:
I think the whole process is wrong. Govt. that is elected and represents people is being forced to accept suggestions of a non-elected body, that is a Court. Courts are also subject to pressures. I think they are more subject to pressures, compared to Govt. on a day-to-day basis. This is clearly visible the way Court has been acting since last many years. Many judges are politically biased. What will happen if Shashi Bhushan is appointed a judge. I think Govt. should be allowed to choose a panel and recommend candidates. From that panel Court can agree to some. That will be more fair and more representative than the arbitrary system perpetrated by Courts as we have today. No system is perfect but at least my suggestion seems more representative. I once again reiterate that for a Court Govt is indeed an easy target. Courts can push Govt. as against courts impotence before famous lawyers, road blocking, obvious reluctance in giving judgement against public figures. Why no case against powerful ministers is pursued seriously and/or concluded? Why an ordinary person cannot set his foot on the steps of Supreme Court while High and Mighty can force the doors open almost at any time. People who say that Court is without a bias, cannot be more wrong, India or USA. What prevents Courts from pushing Indian Govt to speed up the process of prosecuting bigwigs and force people who are stepping upon the rights of others. The fact is that the Court is intimidated by powerful lawyers and famous people and is influenced profoundly by the shouting public.
