I think casteism will not end anytime sooner. As whenever we meet an Indian outside or inside in our country, He or She will anyhow try to know our caste and then will further make the conversation by judging accordingly. I have personally experienced this specially in our country India and three times when I was out of India by an Indian citizen. We Indians born with this casteism and die with it. That's hard to digest for few of us but that's true.

And there’s much more to understand about this ..Like Marriage in our dharma can and should always be in between the two same varna not other and out of this they understand this …The reservation make them fill with “HeenBhavna” Stop and restrict them to think ,and make them to rely on something always ,which is by reservation is not good . There are no.of things to understand we need to follow our dharma to get back from the mess that we are in now ,we have to follow our roots

What people call reservation is actually a dereservation measure to adress the socio-cultural inequality that has been perpetual in our indian society which has disected people on the basis of caste. 1.Reservation must be given once . Example ..
, if one person gets the govt job , then he and his family then onwards should not be eligible for reservation.
2. Reservation must be given to only those who belong to a certain category but below creamy layer ( based on income ).
3. Reservation must not be applicable for Higher post like IAS, ips, first class officer , grade 1 scale , PG or specialization in medical field ..and such other . These post must b filled based on merits.
Agreed to your first two points but your third point is partially true, if no one from sc/st/obc community will be there to represent them who will acknowledge us about their situation.
In medical, engineering field reservation is not an affirmative action, it is only a political tool.

Yha kisi ke ghr shadi hoti hai ya koi function hota hai to sab ke ghr invitation dete hai but hamare 2 ghr chodd diye jaate hai .. Peeth puche jaati suchak shabd bolte hai... Colony me koi bhi program hota hai sab ko bulaya jata hai bas hamare 2 ghr chodd diye jaate hai aur aisa nhi hai ki anpad log hai sab padhe likhe log hai ye aur accge background se hai aur hamari colony bhi posh area me aati hai but fir bhi logo ki mentality khtm nhi ho rhi aur ye buddhe uncle baat kr rhe hai reservation ke upar....
