Oh okay so the "Secular" Shah saying "everybody should listen to me and do as I say or face death" was okay to you huh.
Who in the hell would wanna live under that Sickular b@$tard?
It's obvious he was an agent of the West and being paid by the West to convert Iran into a obscene satanic sh!tpit like USA and UK.
USA and UK forced the sane minded Muslims and Radical ones to join hands against the Sickular Shah and hence the revolution.
Again, what happened to Iran was all Frances fault, as usual.

Many inaccuracies in this video. The Islamic revolution happened thanks to the US and UK and the root cause of the dissent is found in their greediness for oil, which the Shah had restricted to nations outside of Iran for obvious reasons. The US funded the return of exiled Mullahs and create instability through a revolution to instal these fanatics and get rid of the Shah. When you destabilise a country (e.g. Iraq, Libya, and many African and Asian countries) you can take advantage of the broken society and their resources. War has and will continue to the the most lucrative business so follow the money and the pursuit of power and you'll always find the true cause of any conflict, siege or unrest...

Islam arrived in Pakistan only 1300 years ago and Pakistan has a history of 6000 years but they don't teach pre Islamic history. I advise the deaf, dumb, and blind girls who are practically naked to impress the men, to open their eyes and actually use their logic that god has given us. Whatever you are writing is one sided, I hope the best for your guidance if that is of gods will. The dress code doesn't define a person as an extremist; it's their thoughts and ideas that matter. It's worth noting that this video focuses solely on the lives of women in Iran, which might give the impression that men are extremists. Religion and love for God should never be used as weapons. Why should women have to alter their lives and clothing for religious reasons? Where is the equality in this? Islamic women outside Iran who proudly choose to wear a hijab shouldn't advocate for it as a requirement, especially if they don't live in Iran."

Such a dress code isn’t in the Quran but instead comes from a place of not wanting to draw attention to oneself while also maintaining “God’s Kingdom on Earth” where jealousy, envy, fornication, etc are not readily visible in society.
The 2nd century Christian Church Father explains it best in his book “Paedagogus:”
“We must avoid any irregularity in the type of garment we choose. We must also guard against all waywardness in our use of them. For instance, *it is not right for a woman to wear her dress up over her knees,* as the Laconian maidens are said to do, because *a woman should not expose any part of her body...* I should like, too, not only that it be *forbidden them to expose their ankle,* but also that *it be made obligatory for them to wear a veil over their face and a covering on their head.”*

“Further, the man and woman each must come to the church dressed becomingly, with an unaffected walk... *Let the woman observe this further practise: Except when she is home, SHE SHOULD BE COMPLETELY VEILED, for her appearance will be dignified only when she cannot be seen.* She will never fall into sin if she always keeps modesty before her eyes, and *RETAIN HER VEIL,* nor will she lure others into an occasion of sin by baring her face.”

Though things have been gradually getting better for women in Iran in the forty years since the Islamic Revolution, women’s rights in Iran still haven’t recovered even to the modest point they had reached prior to 1979. All married womens rights in Iran go to the husband now, doesnt seem free. Woman may attend school yet still adhere to the Muslim hijab rules that they may or may not agree with. Iran in the 1970s was a very backward country. It was an unsophisticated single product economy only exporting unrefined petroleum. The Shah who was placed in power by the British and the CIA after overthrowing Mosaddegh in the coup of 1953 was a stooge taking orders from the US, Britain and Israel. Iran under the Shah, was not even able to keep an accounting of its sale of petroleum. The Shah could do nothing of significance in world affairs, without first asking his handlers for permission. Female adult literacy more than tripled - from 24 percent in 1976 to 81 percent in 2016. Females who finished primary education increased from 36 percent in 1971 to 99 percent in 2017. The percentage of females in higher education (tertiary) increased by nearly 20 times - from 3 percent in 1978 to 59 percent in 2018.
