@Michelle you mean China?? China is solely responsible for Korea remaining divided. They continue to support N Korea despite it's human rights abuses. China was the problem then and is now. It is deplorable to see the positive tone of the presentation of the material, given how people live in this country. Power built on rivers of blood, pain, destroyed/broken lives... Look at the video of people who shot there not openly. Amazing is the positive tone of propaganda from Nat Geo, an attempt to change the minds of people in the western world/USA through such a pathetic semblance of "documentary" material.

It's actually sad. He was groomed to be this way despite wanting to be different and now he knows he's in too deep to change. And the only people around him just further influence his actions. It's like the entire country, including Kim, is imprisoned.
How is he in too deep to stop mass murdering generations of families for saying the wrong thing????
Research North Koren Defectors and the things they went through/ are going through. This is a modern day holocaust. The holocaust in 2023!
Shut up
Yeah I totally believe it’s more the people around him than him he probably rather play basketball and be friends with Dennis Rodman
Correct .
Excellent documentary
I was not expecting that twist. The sister is the iron fist. The brother gets to be the soft, relatable one.
I cannot believe that one of the assassins actually is speaking about what happened, it is mind blowing
(((())))))(((())))))((())))(((
There's nobody willing to oppose them, so they have nothing to fear by basically rubbing it in people's faces. There's zero consequences with all the benefits of instilling even more fear.
nice pfp

I'm impressed with the quality of the documentary. This is the kind of NatGeo I remember growing up watching on TV.

your impressed with this main stream media garbage

His school was actually in gumligen a suburb of Bern, I went to the private school down the street with his dead brother. Truth is stranger than fiction.
Wow how was his brother during school ?
Must have been strange going to school with a dead guy.

I watch one video on NK and now that's all my recommendations.. not complaining tho, it's free NatGeo!
This documentary 🔥❤
Huge props to all the production 👏🏽 . Brining us all the news other media won't give
Yes and that is because its no place for every news in one channel, it is what they pick I think. We all are biased
@@piecerich7628 this video shows neutrality. But we have to analyze to seek truth.
One of the best documentaries about North Korea.
Horse was struggling at the beginning 😭
Nice! You kept up your brand name Nat Geo !
this is the kind of stuff why everybody loves national geographic.. good job as always !
❤🔥
This is extraordinary. Ms. Fiefield did some fantastic investigation to find the aunt and uncle and then secure such an in-depth interview. Very good reporting. All good wishes.
Kim Jong Un might very well have watched this documentary like all of us. Whats weirder is he may also be reading the comments too
This scene 0:23 made Kim Jong Un looks like he’s an old spice commercial model
You know it’s good when you want more after it’s over !!! 45 minutes isn’t long enough for my curiosity
The fact that Kim's barber is still alive is beyond me 😱😂
😂 😂 😂
I'll keep my barber too.
If he hasn't slit my throat yet, he's a keeper.
Badda- BING!
I just love these documentaries about north Korea just fascinating but my heart goes out to all of those suffering people over there
Beautiful ❤
This is a good documentary, especially as many other documentaries on NK just repeat the same things.
I was particularly impressed with the people they managed to interview and gain insight into the Kim dynasty rather than speculate with existing evidence.
Good job National Geographic 👍
They master the documentry
I’m
Wel how or what you think y’all ruled over the Blacks/African Americans!
We're not likely to get any unbiased insight into Kim's personality and life in Switzerland from his former classmates. They know Kim's sister will find out where to find them.
ok bot
To see people being so divided in one single country, compatriots speaking the same language and sharing the same culture, it's just heartbreaking.
You have not ask the most pertinent question. Who are the players in geopolitics that lead to the division of Korea ? The answer will surprise you
@Michelle you mean China?? China is solely responsible for Korea remaining divided. They continue to support N Korea despite it's human rights abuses. China was the problem then and is now. USA is protecting the South from the North. As soon as reunification happens usa will leave. I really hate China for all the bad things they do..

Not unlike the US
USA created this massive paranoid isolationist anomaly but it’s the world of politics, O thought the NKDP propaganda video that bluntly described how Americans obsessively watch reality TV because we’re obsessed with worshiping narcissistic parasites.
That intro was majestic I thought we were watching a hallmark episode feat kimmy
beautiful
I cannot stop wondering how the smirk on his sister's face is so evil, devilish and ruthless and she does shows signs of high levels of psychopathy
She will be an even more ruthless and oppressive ruler and we can only hope it doesnt happen!
Americans should never worry. we would wipe out North Korea in a week. North Korea may have the largest army. But on the inside they are so weak and aren’t strong enough to withstand a war. But also a nuclear war USA would win.
I love her she’s real life Azula

Thank you for a very interesting video.
AWESOME DOCUMENTATION .
"Kim will find you"
The most scariest thing I've ever heard.
1:38, they clap like that because their colleagues were executed for not clapping. At 1:58, Kim is looking for who's not clapping enthusiastically enough.
All that cheering & clapping but not a smile in sight...
There was one lady @ 2:55 that made me think, she is THE most unhappiness clapper that I have ever seen...whelp! That explains that...😕
Happened in Germany too the people would clap for hours not wanting to be the first person to stop
@@detrajackson5992 and , I didn't realise, it was edited, with other clips of exactly the same clapping. I thought it was the same conference 🤔😕😅
that must have been a easy job, for the TV programmes sound and visual editers to segway the different clips together. 🤔😉😀
It’s crazy how much power one human can have… he is so comfortable that these ppl will never turn on him and stage a coup
Great documentary
nice documentary😇
Props to the cameraman for literally putting his life on danger for us.
North Korea is t that dangerous if you follow their rules
That's a laugh! I wouldn't be surprised if the North Koreans paid him to film this.
America is more in danger than North Korea
The cameraman never dies.

Best documentary I've seen in a while. Visually perfect, not opinionated and informative. Thanks
Don't think so.
Most of the information contained in it, is either false or inaccurate
@@kenhernandez8928 didn’t the north literally get malled by the US despite It being safer and more liveable prior to the attack
not opinionated bro? what part of the dude calling kim's sister a "shark" sounds factual because Im just gonna say her head looks very human.

The English they used in this documentary is simple and understandable for everyone who understands or have small introduction to English. Thats great ❤🎉
Extremely good documentary. Very well done, high quality.
yes ooooooo
well it is made by nation geographic which had its own television network so i hope so
It is deplorable to see the positive tone of the presentation of the material, given how people live in this country. Power built on rivers of blood, pain, destroyed/broken lives...
Look at the video of people who shot there not openly. Amazing is the positive tone of propaganda from Nat Geo, an attempt to change the minds of people in the western world/USA through such a pathetic semblance of "documentary" material.
Thanks general
Lol and biased too
Kim should realise that when people clap without being forced, when they laugh without being forced he will experience the real joy. One like he has never felt before. One that is greater than all the luxuries he has seen in his entire life.
Sadly, he's too far gone.
Psychopaths dont care about people's joy. They just want power and glory no matter what
Then why forcing people to be like you
when he accepts Jesus he weill feel joy that the world cannot offer :)
