Call Center Industry also gives an opportunity to the PWDs and good thing there's no age limit as long as you can do the work accurately that would be fine

i hope i can work also in a call center to 😢to help myself be confident and improve speaking and pronouncing English but the interviews are difficult.. mental block attacks once nervousness came...😢😢

In my experience . I am also great full nag call center ako. I learned a lot specially ung ADAPTABILITY and FLEXIBILITY. Dun mo din makikita ung ibat ibang klase ng Tao. I was so disappointed lang Sa management when they promised a lot pero ndi nman tinutupad.

I super agree. I became fluent in English kasi four years akong nag work sa call center. I also learned to understand how different people act and think and I have developed empathy as well. This job has molded me in so many ways specially when Ms. Lyqa discussed about active listening, super agree. I'm proud of this job. Now I am able to teach English very well to my students in public school also with my Korean students online dahil sa job na to. :)
Advice po about final assessment first time ko lang po mag apply ng call center..
A lot of people around me sayin' "sayang pinag aralan mo jan kasi lelevel ka lang sa mga Highschool Graduate.. you will not Grow!" but i manage to ignore them. Thanks to this vlog which showed me the beauty within the industry where i can grow, and learn in every experience and this inspired me to work hard. Thanks Coach! God bless you always! ❤

@@TeamLyqa It is true. Kahit saan ka mapunta government or bpo hindi na mawawala ang problema at stress sa kasamahan, pero kung focus lang tayo sa work at kung tama naman ginagawa natin. "Sabi nga hayaan mo lang sya mastress sayo para sya ang mag resign, matira ang matibay nalang ha.ha.ha.

Sa totoo lang wala talagang tumatagal sa call center kapag hindi ka mabilis mag isip at mag navigate ng computer. Kailangan talaga may ibubuga ka.

"Four-year degree holder ka, tapos sa BPO industry ka lang mapupunta," says everyone or including your loved ones and relatives. It infuriates me when fellow Filipinos belittle you about the job you are in. Ako, I am still unemployed, and nainis lang ako sa kaibigan ko na masyadong maliit ang tingin sa BPO industry on the basis of educational attainment. Ika nga rin mga magulang ko, "diskarte sa buhay ang susi kung gusto mong makamit lahat," which speaks of the reality to a number of successful Filipinos today.
Wala namang mali dun diba? Tsaka Malaki ang sahod jan. Mas maliit pa nga sahod ng ibang professionals eh.

I'm very thankful for this video about call center. I'm planning to apply this month and both of you really helped me to boost my confidence and think in a positive way. Those stigmas are just making the call center society have a bad image but literally it isn't and it's all a myth. I want to apply their because I want to expand my learnings and to experience what the job really is!

The contrast of both of the pacing is interesting.. I increased the speed for play back, Lyqa speaks super fast, while Carlo is at regular speed.

I am an undergrad and I dream to become a call center agent because of its environment I mean yes it is a stressful job for others because of irate customers but you’ll gain a lot of friends from that job that's the main reason why I wanna become one right now I'm trying my best to improve my English communication skills so that I can get along with that kind of job if ever I got hired
I drink milk for me to have enough sleep. 😅 Love being part of the BPO industry though I'm still kind of shy to tell people about it because I think they'll judge me 😅

Another myth malaki daw ang sweldo sa call center.I can say this is one of the reason why a lot of people want to work on this industry not only want to be more fluent in english,this is added in the myth na its for not educated people.

I was a high school graduate then I was invited to apply as CSR ok ang process hanggang sa medical processing na naku ang maldita ng nurse harapang ibinato ang pinang check sa tenga hayy nkakatakot sabay nagalit sa maling nilagyan ng marka sa papel, 😢 natakot ako nag back out na ako tho khit nka pasa na ako ayoko na kc xa ang toka sa baguhan😢😢
Pde sana un ma arise Sa HR . kasi magiging factor Sa hiring din nila ng agent kung ganyan ang trainor nila.

A job in a call center is honorable. What isn't honorable are majority of the people in it. Jologs, magnanakaw, immoral, social climbers. You name it, this industry has it. It's has been like this since they lowered the qualifications down to HS graduates.
The answers from Carlo Ople are applicable from the days of old. Not anymore today, bro. Not anymore.
These days, panakot na lang ang call center sa mga batang tamad mag aral. "So ano, ayaw mo mag aral?? So sa call center na lang ang bagsak mo!".
