HELLDIVERS™ 2 is a 3rd person squad-based shooter that sees the elite forces of the Helldivers battling to win an intergalactic struggle to rid the galaxy of the rising alien threats. From a 3rd person perspective, players use a variety of weapons (pistols, machine guns, flamethrowers) and stratagems (turrets, airstrikes, etc.) to shoot and kill the alien threats. Players can also aim down the sights for a more accurate 1st person camera view. Combat is accompanied by frequent sprays of blood and dismemberment as players exterminate the alien forces or players and squad mates are hit by environmental explosions or friendly fire. Enemy encampments and battlefield environments depict bloodstains and dismembered corpses.

I believe the shotgun has an alt fire to unload all 3 shots at once!
It does with a hilarious recoil!
It’s fun. It’s just not going to replace the pistol grenade for me.
3 shots equals 1200 damage. Makes it the highest damage shotgun in the game. Imagine with a supply pack and using it as a primary vs bugs.

@@ctse26 Not highest damage shotgun, the highest damage gun in the game, as eruptor and grenade pistol are both in the 500/600 range.

WARNING ALL HELLDIVERS!!! Gunships are now a part of normal enemy patrols in Bot missions of level 6+ watch the skies and pack some light AT. Be aware, and be careful
Yeah I saw a bunch of gun ships but not gunship fabricator.
Shriekers also spawn level six and above in patrols without their nests spawning

Sad to see that the AR is literally a liberator reskin with tremendous recoil. The shotgun slaps though, number one against hunters and stalkers for sure. Really comes down to the throwing knife whether this will be a good or bad warbond. The patterns are nice, though the one for the Hellpod is literally useless even when it comes to cosmetic value, since a hellpod’s gonna be buried underground anyway
The skin for hellpod works on equipment strategem pods aswel

@@sammymilanovic9124what’s the shit liberator going to do when you face any medium to heavies? Can’t shoot to break their arms or legs only has light armor pen and 60 damage sucks. The adjudicator hits for 80 and can cripple mediums and you can penetrate even heavies in certain spots. Imagine not being forced to use a grenade, support weapon, or stratagem whenever anything that isn’t a light is attacking. That’s why I never used any of the light pen weapons just scroll past don’t even read the description
They should have gave a drum mag for the new carbine if it’s going to be firing that fast
Yeah it's the assault rifle with higher fire rate but same ammo so u just run out faster n now it's not a 1 hand gun anymore it's not super great how is it better than the adult 5 more damage maybe

Never was a 1 hand weapon, but I definitely agree. Haven't gotten home to try anything yet, but honestly, for a month I expected better balances for rifles. At least on paper they don't look great still.

Havent unlocked it yet, but I'm willing to bet that when the throwable knife can be held (by pressing F) in your hand, you will be able to mele with it
I wonder if holding the knife has a passive bonus to melee damage and the two combined make a melee style.

right now I can say that AR-23A is OP, BUT... ammo runs out fairly quick and recoil give's it's punch. Is it worth it? Definitely.

The carbine is just too hard to control unless they're right up on you. So I still can't see why to get rid of the incendiary shotgun

I am SERIOUSLY impressed with the Liberator Carbine and the new secondary shotgun after trying them out. VERY impressed. I am even okay with the Liberator running through ammo because it has a fast reload, and 7 mags - and it is BEEFY. Takes out Automotons like BUTTER. I'd like to see it have 10 mags, but I am fine with 7. Has a crazy recoil, but easy to deal with once you make yourself aware of it. The HMG Machine Gun Emplacement has also gotten a buff in turn speed, and it is CRAZY good now. Don't sleep on it.

I just got the shotgun and it is the hell of a amazing gun ar also good
Adjudicator takes a massive pit bull sized shit all over the liberator no contest at all. What are you gonna do when anything that’s a medium or heavy? Immediately have to use a grenade or call in a stratagem. The adjudicator can cripple limbs on even heavies if you know where to shoot. Liberator hit the head or the gun is rendered useless. Just equip a supply backpack and I never worry about ammo. I can split off and handle a decent amount of enemies solo only swapping to the auto cannon when out numbered.
Chill. Other people have other playstyles, maybe they use the railgun, laser cannon, HMG, MG, autocannon, or grenade launcher for medium enemies. Having more options for each playstyle is a great thing!
Going to farm today. 500 super credits left and 150 medals.
The Armor has a bug the weapon sway time is wrong and it worse turns out the time in the code may be wrong and needs adjusting
Dude the new sights on the DCS/AMR are so clean and it feels better too! The game looks slightly different too I feel like the update just made things feel better all around! 👌🏼
I LOVE the new sights, it' sooo much easier click bot heads. The marks to help with fall off measuring for like the Eruptor is huge.

Shotgun is a hunter destroyer when they try to come point blank range. For the build I run it fit my playstyle

I already unlocked it and got the shotgun, now Im about to get the throwing knife. The carbine isn't very good, SMG is better with ballistic shield

Because ARs fire intermediate cartridges which are notoriously horrible at penetration? Just bring a support weapon, I never dive without an MG or AMR

You literally get 40-50 medals for free when we conplete MO regardless if you played lol. Plus 15-20 for daily personalnorders that your team can complete for you. Medals are extremely to mac iut in this game with minimal play time. Loot points of interest for additional ones during each match. Im even a dad that cant play many hours per week and always have enough medals and supercredits to get each warbond for “free”
The hell pod and pelican skins were the most worthless parts of the war bond. The pods are either covered in flames, or viewed from the top as you drop in.
Knife takes grenade slot, oof.

This is the first Warbond where I’m more enthused for the cosmetics than weapons. Which isn’t really a good thing. I mean, looking badass is one thing, but the new weapons ain’t all that.

Carabine is as all other assaults should be..45in mag and dps buff to 90 at least , shoty is usles knife also, booster is good, armor is trash, who goes around meleing bots or bugs 😂

And eruptor need shrapnel still good how it is now after patch it just was the unique weapon choice

This new buffs today and warbond...honestly nothing special i discused on discord and realised that weapons are not buffed enouf, assaults still feel usles and weak, purifier insult for a gun , eruptor still bad, railgun no buffs, mechs no buffs, stratagams 1 buffed rest shyty mini micro buffs . They literaly wanna pull shades over our eyes with massive crap update 😂 other than that! Rest is good, just that weapons and stratagams doesnt met the promise we got from AH that Assaults should be buffed etc, what they buffed? Tendereiser 😂 no thank you. All assaults should have 40+ mags as default...to be at least usable.
