In this episode its going to be the first time for Lewis one of our apprentices to have a go at plastering. It literally is the first time plastering even using a hawk and trowel. We show you how we go about training him on skimming a wall on the new build. At the end of the video I have a very honest chat about the importance of apprentices Which nobody even knows that I have recorded.
    Enjoy

"On this company, you get involved in basically everything" - This is literally how I ended up with qualifications in multiple fields as the company I did my apprenticeship with had the same attitude. It's really helpful because everyone on the team ends up on the same wavelength you don't end up with sparks plumbers and gas engineers all trying to get in a space first because it's all planned and done together. Loving the series, your company has a brilliant work ethic!

Mark Langley thanks mark yes we find that when you have a team like we have it works so much better than I bunch of individual’s who don’t care about the next step in the build. As we are the next step you have to always keep thinking. Thanks for watching 👍

Oh dear yes definitely tricky in this heat for a novice. I would say that you will need to let it completely dry out and start again.
