Great to see you two back again looking well and happy. I´m like Rich in lockdown always in the garden..always plenty to do down there. We are also like you my wife is also a high risk person as she has COPD.....but she goes very bravely on her oxygen machine for about 8 hours at night during her sleep and that keeps her in good..ish health..and as she has a lot of time on her hands she also likes a good moan at me...lol. Take care and stay away from the virus

Aww Bless you Roger. its great to hear from people who make the most of their lives. This virus is a bit of a blip though, we just have to stay positive and know we will come out of the other side. Although the government has said it is a bit safer for the shielded to go out, I'm very cautious about this. Please be extra vigilant if you decide to do this. Personally I think it is too soon. As hard as it is, I'm staying for the 12 weeks at least. And interestingly the new guidance does still say this, which was updated yesterday. It also mentioned about taking vit D which I have been taking from the start of the pandemic. Ive been harping on about this to my friends and now to see it in black and white from NHS is very encouraging. It would answer why the Bame community is being hit harder too (they cant retain as much vit D as white people). Sorry for going on but its so refreshing to speak to someone else who is in our situation. Friends just want to see us naturally, but its feeling a bit like pressure at the moment. Take Care & keep smiling~ Lin xx
