Jason let me just say I am appreciative of the fact you aren't like dave from goldbay who literally tries to sell the underground video of him finding any gold in rocks as a NFT collectible, you're about learning and teaching and definitely always entertaining because you like to explain what's going on and how things work, Keep it up dude.
You
ha ha, seriously?
NFT is still going? This new generation of men would do anything but write applications.
@@chubbydinosaur9148 just imagine the guy that made a few mil from a tiny digital cartoon put in his applications for Walmart lol. Whether you think it's stupid or not that guy made more out of that silly nft than Walmart would have made him.
If your crucible’s are sticking down in the furnace, place a bit of cardboard under your crucible prior to firing to prevent it from sticking (edit: thanks to bigstackD for the awesome knowledge”
just seen that from bigStack
@@kakaerikoI was going to say someone has been watching BigStackD
Hahaha me too. Seems where all traveling thru youtube and meet again on some random Videos✌️
À
bigstackd is great
That is some very nice ore! $16k per ton of ore is great. Hope those values hold up as you start digging and processing tons of ore at one time. Still, sounds like scale of operation will have huge impact on profitability.
Can't wait to see how this evolves!
props for not using any toxic metals! i've never seen it done with bismuth before, pretty sweet
Been watching you for over a year. Great stuff. And, I've learned a lot! Big thanks!!
I always liked how you really show its all trial and error and learning how to do this. You da best Jason
Jason,
That sample was very rich but even if the average amount is half or a quarter of that,
you may be the first You Tuber to show us the Gold in them thar' hills o' the Cascades!
This is going to be an awesome adventure.
Cheers,
Rik Spector
I look forward to your mining season. Be safe!
Looking forward to a great season for you Jason, .... Much Gold and many blessing on the year ahead. ⛏⚒⛏
Slabbin rock, slabbin wood, you'll have no problems reinforcing your mine this season. America needs more people who know how to do things. You're the man
I couldn't care less about gold and it's value, but there's something addicting to mining and panning for it. I love how you explain the geology and the chemistry behind mining and refining the material.
Jason, I don't see any collapsing roof debris in that area but the room seems a little large to have no roof supports. Please don't let your excitement for that rich vein cloud your judgment. Love your discussions as you go.
Love it Jase! Can't wait to see you start mining it 💪
the patterns on the cooling materials is always mesmerizing.
That is amazing! Good for you. Love your videos.
Great job guys 👍 👍
Woo hoo! Nice. Look forward to seeing all your machines in action getting the good stuff out!
I enjoy the way you are teaching us to do the same . Much love to you for the share. Can't wait for this season.
Can't wait to see the blasting in the mine 😊
I can't wait for more from that mine, especially if we can do a ton in one go! It'll be cool to see how many ounces come of said ton cause it'll probably be a mixture of very high to mediocre grade. Brilliant video tho dude, the whole process is fascinating and you're an amazing host, could listen to you for days on end
I love your combination of real science and mining common sense. Keep it up Jason.
Hey Jason! Been watching you for years, and just wanted to say thanks for helping to inspire me. You and Jeff Williams are a wealth of knowledge, and I'm super excited for you opening up this active mine, I know it's gonna be a hit! I got outbid last time, but I'm gonna win some pieces hopefully this round....but fyi, they're going for a ride in my little mill ;-) Take care man!
Pretty cool watching your videos because i wouldnt be able to go down there i get to see how the process works which i would otherwise never see thnx
Hi Jason, Fantastic results! Really looking forward to seeing the results from the muck on the ground! Should be some exciting videos coming out soon! Thumbs up! STAY SAFE!! Jim
Pouring the stuff into a rag isn't a bad method, but for as often as you're doing this you should really get yourself a Buchner funnel or two.
Hell ya Jason! I'm eagerly waiting for these upcoming videos.
Awesome video Jason. I found it very interesting. Good job 👏
Wow, Jason! That's an incredible amount of gold in that ore. To be able to mine ore like that is so worthwhile! I can't hardly wait to see your next videos to show your hard work paying off! Go get'em! Blessings from Alabama ❤️
Man I love your videos keep it up enjoy every video man good luck on the mining.
Most interesting and informative. Thanks Jason!
I'm excited to see what you get! That vein material is saturated!
Love your content!
I'm so excited. Great stuff!
Dan Hurd is stalking his claims. Watch out for surprise clowning
Can't wait to see more of the mining videos
Thanks for sharing. More gold please. I appreciate it.
I want a countertop made out of that gold ore quartz!! 🤔
Excellent videos Jason, You have a very interesting channel here and I always look forward to your content
man im super excited for the videos of the mining season coming up!
I went and looked through a couple pieces of serpentine I collected from my local river with a 90X loop and was amazed to see a few little pieces of gold, some bright yellow gem, some black gem (likely obsidian or onyx) in certain little areas, and bright silvery flashes all over the rock. One little piece of gold is standing right next to a tiny little piece of what appears to be quartz in it. I guess they do run together.. really makes me wish I had my own truck and could take a few hours to go explore the mountains around where my grandparents are buried and find a big deposit of serpentine and see what I can find in it, I have found asbestos crystals on pieces up there before but never thought their might be metals in it. I still am not 100% on what that bright silver/white metal is, I'd think exposed silver would be grey by now... maybe zinc or titanium?
The only things I can find to alloy bismuth with would be tin or antimony. After cutting all those slabs you'll eventually need to clean out all the muck from your saw and smelt it down.. I can promise you there's gold in there.
Goood stuff Jason ,))
I love that little thing you attach to your camera phone. That's awesome
Really stoked here...wish you all the best.
Fun videos, Jason, thanks.
Thx for the vid!
Congratulations on the new hammer! UPGRADE🎉
Great stuff! I'm really looking forward to seeing the golden harvest coming out .
The knowledge and expertise! And the videos are so well made.
awesome good luck!
Thanks from Australia
Gold! I love Washington! Stay blessed bro! Maybe ill see you out in the fields one day!
Awesome can't wait to see what you can get done once the snow melts!!
As always I just want to say that you are a very nice, and knowledgeable young man and I look forward to seeing more of these prospecting and hopeful mining videos in the future. I hope you hit the mother load.
Looks like you’re going to have a great season!
I can't wait to get back mining. Pretty soon I'll be working my mines.
Good Luck JasoN!!
Wow thats going to be a money making mine. Congratulations Jason
1/4" is plenty unless your making a cab over 2" and putting a high dome.
That's going to be an awesome mine can't wait to see more of it thank you for sharing this six stars brother
You’re a beast! Keep at it man, very inspirational
Super exciting 🎉👏👏👏
Can’t wait man
Brother, I watched you on Dan Herd's vids. I have subscribed. Really enjoyed this one. Plan on watching from here on out.
Saw you this evening with Dan Hurd and the Blue Chip ore test. So I came over to this vid. Very interesting! I sent this vid to relatives near Lynden. Loved the close ups of the cut quartz slabs.
I'm super excited to take this journey with you on this. I've Watched Jeff Williams for years and still in his mine.
I've watch you for years mainly for smelting purposes but I enjoy all you post🤙🏻. I wish you would experiment with Acids. I taught myself with melting silver and For gold with AquaRigia. Both are Very easy to make and much cheaper and fun than smelting. Your end result with smelting after acid is pure powder. Smelting is so very easy.
Anyway. Good luck and happy hunting.
17:40 always my favorite part, molten ore cooling in the mold.
اشكرك لقد عرفتنا على خام الذهب شكرا
Oh hell yeah great way to start a Saturday!
Cool stuff Jason thanks for sharing 1/4" is perfect for cabachons. Maybe just a little lead to soften up the bismuth? Keep the copper. I think you're headed in the right direction with the bismuth mix.
Hey Jason. Crazy idea. Take it or leave it. One episode I saw you used a helicopter to transfer your rocks to a location from the mine. The other day I watched a video where this guy bought a affordable drone that could carry his body weight with ease. Approximately ( 230 lbs ) why not look into getting one for transporting your rocks? It would make your job way easier, and save costs in the long run. Sometimes I'm sweating just watching you. Lol lol. Your video's never disappoint. Keep up the good work. 👍😎🇨🇦
What was the name of the video?
Thanks Jason! ♥
1/4" is perfect and easy to work. Keep up the great work there very educational 👍
Hi Jason. Fantastic vid. Use silver as collector! The pros in Mauritania swore that the Ag works best :)
Man I believe your going to do really good in your mine
That’s awesome.
Congrats ❤!!
I would think the rag works well but I think if you heated it up with the sulfides on it to dry it out it may work better. You could probably burn the rag in a melting dish while you are at it.
What an interesting video.
Jason hard work. Like. It seemts on ground also to much more ore gold
Good stuff Jason it will be interesting to see what your oz per ton drops to when your not high grading but taking the whole vein. Love that disc crusher that thing always amazes me do they still make those??? Thanks for sharing see you on the next one 👍🏼👊🏼
I live in central Oregon and we just got some snow in them thar hills…Good Luck Jason
i very appreciate this video thanks it's sure i see your next video !
Bismuth be your lucky day! Lol! Jason if I wasn't such a old beat up antique, I'd GLADLY😅 come over and muck that mess up for ya! Lol! Keep the materials coming! Keep that prospectors beard on, I seen Dan trying to hide this enormous crystal in his! lol! Love it all! 😂💰👍🤠
Looking forward too seeing some big gold.
Mined in the homestake mine in South Dakota in the sixths and sevevtys. Thank you.
Looks like there are tellurides in there besides the gold.
Handy tip for sampling Jason: Get yourself an empty milk jug (because they are square and fit against the face). Leave the top on it and cut the bottom off with a box cutter. Now you have a jug with a handle that you can hold against the face under your rock hammer to catch the sample. Easy peasy to pour it into a sample bag and you don't have to get your sweatshirt filthy using it as a drop cloth. If you need a chisel, then you'll need a helper to hold the jug unless you have three hands.
Nice to watch, keep up....🤠🇩🇰🇬🇭 Rgds Danish Viking living in GHANA 🍻
I've been following you for some time, and as always it's education and nice content....!!
Congrats!
Look forward to the mining videos
looking forward to the mining videos.
I am curious as to how well an old coffee maker basket with coffee filters would work instead of a shop rag. I know. they burn well.
Buchner funnel
Your videos are always super interesting, thanks for the great content!
I'd understand if it's sensitive information, but I would be interested in seeing more of the financial side. Did you buy that mining claim or are you leasing it from someone or the state? And how much does hauling the ore out cost vs the gold you get?
Wow good mine, waiting for good gold bars to be made from your mine.
Thanks!
Thank you so much!
I want to apprentice under you Jason!
Kudos for the 'manly attempt' to snap that corner off the slab. 😏😎🖖
شكرا جزيلا لك
i really like learning about the prospecting and processing. Thank you for sharing! i just learned there is a hazard to crushed quartz. How concerned are you about silicosis?
Good job 👏 👍
We have one of your crushers at work for crushing up all the countertop rems. Funny seeing your channel blow up.
I’m excited for you! I hope you get a late winter there. I’m in the BC Cariboo, about 4 hrs north of Dan. We’ve had it we’re we can work to Halloween and we’ve also had snow 2nd week of September. Makes it hard to plan. If you’re comfortable sharing, is this a different section of that mine with the sketchy collapsing pillars that you were sampling from in an earlier video?
