1.)Replacer for Egg - Skip Egg & add 1/4tsp Baking powder or a pinch of baking Soda
2.)Replacer for Coconut Milk - Regular Full Cream Milk
Is the measure of whole milk the same as the measure of coconut milk

Soniaji, as a Malayali, I was maha thrilled to watch this video. This dish is called 'Achhappam' 'Achhu' means a mould and 'Appam' is a word that denotes a particular sweet dish. You can make it without an egg. But the taste just won't be the same.

Hello Soniaji.. This is one of the infamous keralite sweets. The traditional one involves, rice powder, jaggery, black sesame, but without eggs. Maida version is an updated one.
