Unfortunately I'm a poor so these CZcams videos and a lot of dry fire practice are as close to a training class that I'll be able to take. The guys at my local range think I'm crazy cause for every shot I take I've gotten my sight picture at least 5 times. Maybe someday I'll get to work with mic and team but for now I just want to say thank you for putting these videos on CZcams to help me better learn the foundations of successful shooting!

I they're cool but I don't think these courses (in person) would help much. Maybe a one on one for a few days but just watching some videos and actually shooting alot will do it. You learn by doing, over and over. Trial and error. Holding a pistol should be as natural as holding a pencil.

Tate, consider USCCA as a legal defense service which offers a lot of online training videos also (Carry Trainer has teamed up with them previously). We have a deep video library of training videos on our page that we compile for our students. It's just a collection of a lot of CZcams videos from multiple instructors but broken down in different categories of shooting fundamentals. Use what you like and discard what you don't. Definitely save some cash on the side and take an in-person class one day. These guys post their schedule online and you can see when they come to an area near you, would be worth the investment! Good luck in your training.

Ive never trained with an “operator” or whatever you mean, but someone like me learning on their own time and learning their own firearm is better than someone barking in your ear, i take advice when needed but i can pinhole shots under simulated stress.

30:00 I am grateful you mentioned getting fatigued doing dry fire drills. I use a SIRT for drills at home in the evenings. I didn't understand why I was getting tired at about 15 minutes. I thought it was due to my daily strength and endurance training, but each time I do dry fire training I am done mentally and physically about 15 minutes tops.

Great information. I wish I lived near so I could take classes; these videos are absolutely great for me as a beginner. with note taking in mind, and practicing along ,dry shooting as I watch.
I learned a lot from previous videos , especially the grip .
When I first thought of getting a fire arm, I never really though of how complex it can be. I though there wasn't much though to it: pick up a gun, point and shoot. Then when I went shooting for first time and didn't even know how to grip a handgun ;I realized then that I wanted to learn everything about handling a gun safely and being accurate . So for what it is worth: thank you, these videos help.

More great content. For anyone attending a class I would recommend dry practice of administrative loads/unloads. 5 minutes a day for a couple of weeks makes a world of difference. That way, there are no on the firing line jitters loading your pistol while everyone is watching. Use snap caps and practice all your safety rules

THE DARK from sleep I keep a 1873 Colt clone with FIVE rounds of 44 special... It points exactly like you would point your finger... no sights needed or available at night. I also have a 870 Remington 12 gauge with 8 rounds. but? be honest.. 5 rounds of 44 special 250 grain SWC cast loads will stop? everything I hope you make a fortune and do not hurt to many people

Figure out what it is inside of you that gets triggered when you hear things you dislike or disagree with, and address it so that you aren't triggered by words, so that you can get value from the lesson instead of feeling offended by how the lesson is presented.
So many people these days are offended by everything and expect that everyone else should change to keep from offending them. Maybe they should grow a pair and stop allowing words to ruin their day...
