How To Make Homemade Beef Burgers + Recipe ||The Real Heavenly Bites

- The best homemade burgers which are so easy to do and require minimal effort. Feel free to add or remove anything you would like (Onions, different sauces, change the buns etc).
750g Beef Mince (Use the mince of your choice)
1 1/2tsp Salt
2tbsp Golden Breadcrumbs
1/2tsp Ground Black Pepper
Pinch of Paprika
1 Medium Egg
1/2tsp All Purpose Seasoning
1/4tsp Dried Jerk Seasoning
1tsp Dried Parsley
Orange Sliced Cheese (I used Tesco's own brand)
Lettuce (As much as you would like)
Tomato (As much as you would like)
Burger Buns (Whichever you prefer)
Ketchup
Mayo
Hot Pepper Sauce (Optional)

I'm a 29 year old guy, almost 30 lol. Always wanted to make a good burger but it seemed daunting and like some of the other comments say, its all over the top stuff with crazy ingredients n stuff, but this video was down to earth and simple and I followed your vid and bought all of the ingredients you used (that jerk seasoning is really good) and the burgers came out wonderfully and melted in my mouth. Honestly I never had another burger like that before, whether that be from a restaurant or from other family members cooking for me. I liked it a lot! Thank you :)

These look great. I find it frustrating how many tutorials are either high on their own fumes or just don't feel like actually showing the process; so this is very appreciated. Probably gonna throw a bit of garlic powder in to the patties myself though, lol.

Hey I used this recipe yesterday and it was SO good. I was expecting a bland, dry steak bc ive never made one before but it was juicy and tasted really good! Those look so good. That's the beauty about burgers, there isn't a "right" way to do them. I've made burgers this way before, and they don't get dry or have meatballs texture at all like some people say. It's just another way to do it. I personally prefer the more simple way though, just salt and pepper and cheese. But these made me hungry. I'm subscribing.

@user-ex7iw8fm8h Well look on the bright side... You've found a channel you can learn everything you need to know and ask questions with an added bonus of accurate ingredients so you can't go wrong💜
This is very similar to the seasonings that I use except for the egg, breadcrumbs and the salt. I add the salt when cooking so as to not dry out the pattie and I also simply put the cheese on top straight after flipping the patties and cover with the lid for 2 mins and job done.
That definitely is another method that works 👌 My one never comes out dry and I prefer when my seasonings have time to soak in ❤

Don't mash up the meat before cooking it, if you mash it up then there won't be any small air gaps inside the patties that can hold the beef fat and juices, so if the beef fat and juices don't have anywhere to stay inside the patties they'll be dry, no one wants a dry burger, also no breadcrumbs and no salt mixed inside the patties, the salt will mess up the protein structure of the beef which will give it this unusual texture, and the breadcrumbs turns these patties into flat meatballs that you find in spaghetti
