@@AndrewPatrickRalston I had to look it up. He retired in 2017 after 38 years. I remember him and Bryan Busby from when I was little. I turn 40 this year.

@@msanrai I'm 50. Had a classmate at Blue Valley Middle in 7th grade that interned with Bryan Busby around 86. I wish I could have done that, His father must have hooked him up at the station.

Did they really just say the criminal left wondering if it’s open season?? So, you as a criminal are a victim if you break in somewhere and get shot by the owner protecting his/her property??? And this was in the 80’s. No wonder we are where we are now. If you don’t want to take that risk STOP BEING A CRIMINAL!!!!🤦🏻‍♀️

I am really enjoying these videos from around Johnson County and Kansas City! Spent a lot of time there in the late 80s and 90s. I actually was looking for the name of a store that used to be at Oak Park Mall. It was down stairs on a corner, had a lot of weird and modern furniture and statues and a lot of things that were imported. It was almost like walking through an art gallery or Museum, and everybody wanted to furnish their house full of the futuristic stuff they had there. Can you remember what the name of the store was? Thanks I will continue to watch your videos, great Nostalgia! :-)

Thanks:) Was it 80's or 90's? Not Z Gallerie? I think they still have those, but haven't seen one in awhile. I wish I could find a vintage map. Have you watched the Charles Kuralt doc about OP Mall from 1983?

Break into my house! You'll only do it once! And you'll never break into! Anyone else's house again!
