ALL I DID TO KEPT THE SUV RUNNING I CLEAR THE CDPES OFF WITH MY COPES READER AND IT RAN ANOTHER 6 MONTHS THEN IT STOP THE SUV AGAIN SO I CLEAN THE CODES AGAIN AND IT`S BEEN RAN PREFECT I DID CHANGE THE Transmission fluid. IT WAS A PAIN NOT IFYOU HAD A SUV LIFT THEY WANTED TO MUCH MONEY TO CHANGE IT AND SOME PLACES DID NOT WANT TO DO IT BECAUSE IT DIDN`T HAVE A LONG Transmission stick.
I have an 04 Grand Prix. Same pedal, same throttle body, same computer. I have 1125 and 2138 codes. Replaced the APP, throttle body, and the computer. There’s no chafes in the harness. I’m still getting limp-home mode at 25% throttle.
@@SamsAutomotiveS I’ve pinned out the entire circuit. Even from connectors to the sensors. I can’t find fault anywhere. There a direct pedal position that causes it to trip.

You might have wiring issues

Hi Sam I recently have the same problem I got hit with p1125, and p2138. And I changed my pedal in July so should I change my PCM as well.
Tgis issue its very common in equinox most like it u need too just make sure to find the same number in the ecm

No acceleration ..stalled
The used pcm needs to be reprogram for the right vin
