Need an advice on velar p400 r dynamic hse 2021, are they reliable...
Please I need your sincere advice. Thanks
Goddamn Kevin- way to go with such a straightforward video no bs. This could be a new thing for you actually like straight spitting facts for 7 min about all your cars~
Haha glad you enjoyed my friend yea im trying to make 2 vids with each new car I get will be posting a pros and cons with the 2022 X5 I reviewed. Just swapped for a 2021 Audi A5 convertible so pros and cons on that vehicle will be coming out as well.
I think your 'pro' list says it all, more or less all about the looks, the comfort, the prestige etc. No argument with that, the problem is that I need a car which I can rely on to do my 30,000 miles a year on business without breaking down, which counts out all their models. it's OK saying buy new and sell when the warranty runs out, it might not cost you the repairs but the unreliability and inconvenience is no good to me. I actually live and work within 4 miles of the main UK Land Rover works, and speak to people who work there who would never buy one. I also know someone who is senior enough there to get a new company one every few months (currently Discovery Sport). At about 2-3 months old his current one has already broken down and needed to be recovered three times. Apparently they won't even tell him what the problems were. Beautiful cars, worst reliability in the history of motoring. My Audi A6 diesel has never let me down in 12 years and 320,000 miles, no prizes for guessing what I'm buying next!
What is the problem with Range Rover engineers and designers? I think failure is a design moto
I’ve never had any issues with my Velar. Neither has my partner who also drives one. I’ve noticed a lot of non Velar drivers in various comment sections saying it’s unreliable, whilst driving a 04 Honda Civic 😂
As an Audi driver doing my 20.000miles annually I can relate. Also have a mate working in JLR with similar views 😅 velar is a head turner but I’m not interested in keeping up with the jones. Will prob go Audi a5 next
Great Work Man!!!❤
Thanks!
Hey guys, need some advice.
Just bought an velar 2017 p250 63k km
at 56k the cam belt(chain) has been changed bcs rattle so that should be sorted.
What are service intervals and when to service the transmission? Please advice me as im new to LR. :)
Looking to upgrade my RRS2009 HSE for a Velar. Thx.
They all look so good & yes they’re narrow inside but…it’s the 50k mile and after issues that worry me..WITH a warranty 🥴
I would probably only keep a CPO Rover for 2 years maybe 3. Most vehicles don't run into issues as ping as they are properly maintained and the owners not a complete moron with the car. But finding the right parts for a Rover sucks
Hmm - I had a discovery sport loaner with “pivi pro” and the infotainment seemed pretty straight forward. I think I prefer land rovers dual screen approach to audis since they kept physical controls for the climate. What did you find confusing about it?
Yea Pivi pro that's what it was and idk too many menus between the 3 screen lots to go through just lacked cohesion for me but then again I guess everyone's brain works differently. I'm actually about to film a vid on infotainment rn
I miss the previous Velar Steering wheel but anyways it still matches with the interior..waiting for review of new Range Rover Vogue 2022 !
Yea my friend interior is nice
i feel like i dont learn anything till i watch ur video about a car all the other youtubers just yap about a whole lotta nothing
I appreciate that my friend I'm glad you found value with the content
I like this better than the Mercedes GLE . It basically comes down to will I get the 2022 Range Rover Velar R Dynamic or the 2022 INFINITI QX60 Autograph. There isn't a better SUV on the Market than these 2, in my Opinion.
All hail algorhythm 🙌🏻 🌚
These the type vehicle car rental places may keep on the lot for rent. Good review.
I think this might be too much money for car rental companies but they may keep an evoque around
@@MeynMotorGroup That was the one I'm thinking of, got them mixed up 😆.
Yea the little one
I’ve rented one at the Sixt rental car in LA. They also have the HSE for rent as well
What about maintenance care costs like oil changes, engine repairs etc and the gas options?
4 Year 50,000 mile warranty no free maintenance
50,000 miles?! HA! Thas a slap in the face.. & it definitely aint making it 4 yrs without too many issue…
Yea I like that one I bought mine for 500k plus
So, basically, still same issues right from the first edition.
Slow infotainment unit.
Issues after 50k
Question pls: why can't they get these issues sorted out? How are these issues proving too difficult to solved for jaguar/Tata or whatever their parent company is?
How I so wish it was lexus or Benz that came up with the velcro design (both interior and exterior), especially lexus, I would have been the most sold suv in automobile history. No cap.
Not solving these repeated flaws from the first edition is what is hold this beauty back.
Only GLE can rival the velar in terms of design. For me
What a great lease vehicle maybe not now days as we’re in a mega vehicle bubble but I’d never own that out of warranty EVER.
Yea lease only second best case is to get it CPO and dump it after 3-4 years
Good
range rover is best
2019 Velar steering is superior than the current one
Leasing this car has to be awesome
You're right my friend great lease car
I leased to buy! Oucj
I leased a 2020 250S in 2019. Loved it. I went in to the dealer to buy out my lease and purchase it. Ended up buying a 2021 P340
Pros: it has 4 wheels, an engine and fancy gadgets.
Cons: Most of the time, the car’s main method of propulsion is a tow truck. On the brighter side, this will save you on fuel🤷🏾♂️
Hilarious...thanks for the best laugh Ive had this week!
It looks like we mad we can't afford one 🤣🤣🤣🤣
👍👍
Hey my friend thanks again for your time
Doesn't even have lane center assist?
Mine does just bought it 2022 R Dymantic S velar it's loaded
Yo bro
👊🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Appreciate the support bro!
@@MeynMotorGroup No problem bro 🤝👍🏾👍🏾
surprisingly small car in rl
Land rover 4cylinder are more reliable and 30mpg
RR has amazing designs and looks great, if they could only improve reliability they'd sell a lot more!
I know u were speakin on interior when u said a “excellent build quality” we talking about TATA motors… them shit barely last 80k miles. Those Ranges u speaking of with 100-200k plus miles?! Please show me some still even running. These shit are a NIGHTMARE beyond 90-100k miles. Lets be honest…
Wow i thought about buying one but you changed my mind
ಸೂಪರ್ 😎😎😎
So cheap
Regálamela 😊❤😊❤
