I love when you cook with your kids. I'm a home cook not a professional but I have been told I'm very good, I have been cooking since I was little and I think it is one of the most important life skills one can give to his children.
I learned southern recipes from my grandmother and great aunt and how to cook game from my mother and father, later in life I branched out to all sorts of cuisine.
I love cooking with my daughter I've taught her many of my recipes and she is a good cook. She is now 21 and on her own but still comes over to cook with me.
My wife is a professional baker and we own a bakery and my wife has taught her to bake very well. She doesn't want to be a chef or Baker even though she works for us part time, her career is caring for mentally challenged children but I think the cooking and baking skills we gave her will serve her well throughout her life.
I just love how Chef Ramsay not only teaches great cooking but also teaches other men how to treat their children, most importantly their daughters. Great example on both fronts.
Most importantly their daughters ? Wtf ???. Both Sons and daughters how you treat them is equaly important. Daughters doesnt have more importance.... Such a wierd comment.

I think people are way too surprised that Gordon is nice to young kid chefs.
Like yeah, he is known for shouting at other adults, normally for either being a shit chef but acting like they're world renowned, or at owners/managers for letting a bunch of healthcode violations build up that in many cases ruin the food and potentially harm customers.
Children need to be taught, adults should already know, that's where his attitude change comes from xD
It’s always nice to see how patient he is with children as opposed to being the ranting, raving twatwaffle that he can be with adults. I realize that much of the latter is for show, but I much prefer the kid-friendly Gordon because he is such a great teacher when he’s not ripping into people. You can tell he really loves what he does when he’s with the kids.

It is healthy. As part of a balanced diet. This is intended to be the main meal of the day and aslong as you aint someone that sits on their arse all day its very healthy.

Processed sugars are not healthy, doesn't matter how you put it. Even too much fruit sugar, like in form of juices, isn't good.
You wanna get carbs into your system, then eat brown rice/rice or potatoes.
Literally just look at what bodybuilders' diets look like, divide the amount of food they eat by 2 or 3 and take that.

Love Gordon Ramsey!! His food is amazing and his passion to make things better is inspiring. (2017 doc on shark fin soup). I would love to see a video on recipes that provide omega 3 and fatty acids that don't interfere with our over fished waters.

Have you tried oui coconut yogurt I think you'll really like it I prefer it actually and I use raspberry and blueberry with almonds and granola to make parfaits I hadn't thought of adding oats...good idea 😊
