Too bad the name of the video wasn't " hey yall " if it were, I'd have passed by it altogether. But because the title said " Anti- inflammatory meal prep I clicked, and somehow I was redirected to the peckerwood network. Where soy and sugar are " anti inflammatory" and saLmon comes in a can. But hey it's the title that gets the view right? I wonder how many views it takes to bail your shirtless husband out of jail after the neighbors call the police on him for repeatedly striking you in front of your 11 children.

Endo sufferer here too - had full hysterectomy and was still left with Endo attached to my Bowels and in my hip cavities - some days I couldn't pick my right leg up - I have given up all meat and dairy and my mobility has improved by about 75 percent - HORMONES. If u feel that is too drastic maybe switch to plant milk and give up chicken and see how u go - I say chicken because is has identical Estrogen to us humans right down on a molecular level...... And dairy naturally has over 30 hormones in it - due to cows being pregnant 75 % of the time . . .

See how your body responds. Up your fruits and vegetables, match it with the right supplements, incorporate hormone friendly healing herbs and spices, along with some live enzymes. Don't forget about the importance of exercise, and if it's not far from you give a try to coffee enemas :) , castor oil packs on your liver. Look into proper detox. Honestly we just need to get creative with a lot of trial and error😂 Zucchini and spinach are a staple for me no matter what, I have to eat some daily. Other vegetables don’t compare, no idea why. If you want a creamy soup/pasta dish use canned coconut milk mixed with chicken stock (easy with the sodium)

Black pepper is one of the key ingredients to anti-inflammatory cooking. The active agents in the black pepper releases more of the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric, cumin, cardamom and all the other anti-inflammatory spices. Celery is also a super-food when it comes to treating inflammation; the active agents in celery are taken out of context and put into a noxious medication called “Celebrex”, which has a heap of nasty side-effects (eat lots of celery juice or soup, instead… no adverse reactions there!). And “butternut squash” is actually a pumpkin, which is why you can roast the seeds like you would with any other variety of pumpkin (pumpkins are all part of the cucurbit family) ❤️

@BreakingFat ASMR look up Dr Eric Berg and Health, Home and Happiness on CZcams to explain some solutions and foods that may help u. I have digestive issues too and I've been using their advice. Lemon juice and apple cider vinegars neutralize certain acids in the body and they induce a more alkaline environment meanwhile promoting the production of bile ( which aids digestion ) and neitralizing high levels of uric acids which are byproducts of consuming protein. Combining sugars or starches with meat protein seems to cause indigestion and attaches carbs to the protein as its absorbed causing that protein absorption to increase blood glucose levels. Combining veg and protein seems to be a better more digestible option. Ive been living this example for awhile now and it works for me. One thing I've learned is EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. What saves one person and provides them healing, health and nourishment may NOT work for another person. I did GAPS for 14 months and felt pain free but exhausted. Im trying keto as advised by Dr Berg and im barely in 1 week but I've lost the body pain and debilitating indigestion, & is energy improving, so far. Hope ur better! It takes TIME to heal so be patient. Im looking at 3-5 yrs of intentional healthy consumption to hopefully heal fully. Dont get discouraged about the time it takes. START TODAY!

These recipes are awesome! The only thing I can't have is the quinoa. I have a severe reaction every time 😪. The seed is high in saponins which for some can damage the mitochondrial layer in the gut. I can rinse it all I want to and I still react. I tend to use cauliflower rice instead. I am always happy to find new meal prep recipes that I can work with. Thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙂

I’m gonna do it! These recipes seem fairly straightforward. A lot of AIP recipes come across as really weird, too fishy (lots of fish) or with ingredients I have to look up or pre-make. Thanks! Will look into your other videos!

Succinct video and delicious. I prepped all of this yesterday and just wow! food that tastes so so good uses easy to find ingredients that don't cost an entire paycheck to make. So many bloggers with recipes for this and that, that don't taste all that good. You are a Goddess! I'm excited to eat my meals this week. Thank you, thank you, thankyou!

After sticking to this meal last and currently as am writing this comment, I feel so relieved. I feel like a new person. I am now looking for next week's meal prep. Thanks so much, Kayla.👍🏽🥰🙏🏽

I have chronic inflammation due to an autoimmune condition and I'm currently going through the longest and worst flareup I've had in YEARS. I have been taking 800mg ibuprofen almost around the clock for like... 10 months straight now and it no longer helps in any way (and I'm worried about the damage it'll cause), so I've been turning to an anti-inflammatory diet instead. This is so helpful and encouraging as I embark on this journey--thank you so much.

    • @tillygirl7450
      @tillygirl7450 Před rokem +1

Hi Emma, I have an autoimmune disease called Celiac Disease. I am 61 years old and wasn't diagnose till I was in my mid-50's.
I was like you trying to hold off the pains with Ibuprofen, but it wasn't enough and was probably causing more damage than helping my inflammation.
What helped me on TREMENDOUSLY my health journey was definitely changing my diet and taking daily vitamin supplements.
The vitamin supplements really helped a lot and still do because I was severely depleted in these. In addition to their major health benefits, they bring down INFLAMMATION in your body.
I, personally take 15,000 I.U.'s of Vitamin D3 daily, (1) Vitamin K2/MK-7 90 mcg daily, and (1) Magnesium Malate 425mg daily. These are my primary vitamins that really bring down my inflammation and provide me with great health benefits too.
But don't rely on a multi-vitamin as it won't provide all the right dosages for your health problems - there is NO one-size-fits-all pill out there.
I hope this helps with YOUR health journey in keeping your autoimmune condition under control.

As someone with acid reflux. I appreciate this.
That ginger tonic is a miracle worker for hormonal imbalances too. I used to go to the hospital from fainting on my period... no longer need birth control to regulate my hormones :)
I eat kimchi and incorporate all ingredients used in kimchi in my typical eating routine. (VERY healthy and great for hormonal imbalances and reflux )
This is going to be great for when I want a different type of food. My parents hate kimchi but they struggle to eat well. Thank you!!!!
